Music was playing at a very inviting fun energy level. The team was having fun, clearly working hard, as not one stopped moving, with a smile, the entire time. You can tell they truly were enjoying their team and atmosphere. The employee who hand delivered my food, made eye contact, smiled and was very quick in handing off my sandwhich while thanking me for my time. Beyond impressed, Congratulations on the new store. Placed an order online prior to business opening gave them a time to be delivered called the store when it was 15 minutes late and was asked was my order delayed i had no idea it didn’t even show that it was out for deliver and then i was told that they were short handed then was advised the manager was delivering my order so i waited for the manager and after it was delivered i was apologized to and was told it was a previous driver that must have forgot, i advised back that maybe a notification should have been sent out. Then off the manager went. hope that others get better communication i am deleting the app and jimmy johns not so freaky fast sorry that i left a long review but thought it was needed the food is good for my first time ordering. but maybe i should stick to the regular place. 100% not freaky fast and not very nice. There were a few of us in line, no one even attempted to greet any of us. When we asked if we could order someone finally stepped up. They got our order wrong and seemed irritated that I wanted the sandwiches we ordered. Exasperated we left. We were so excited that they had opened back up, not so much anymore.

This is what a veggie sandwich with EXTRA avocado looks like. When I told the manager that it looks like they forgot my extra avocado, she tells me that my sandwich already has enough avocado. “One tablespoon is one serving, two tablespoons is two servings” and she refused to add more. Pathetic attempt at customer service. Oh well thanks for the cheese and lettuce sandwich y’all

I live in Gaylord Jimmy johns is an excellent choice. The subs are always prepared and made to perfection. The staff is always welcoming and by god are they fast. To the ones complaining grow up everyone has a bad day, that doesn’t mean give someone a bad review cause something wasn’t done the way you would do it. They are top notch and I’ll continue to come to gaylord Jimmy Johns over any sub place in gaylord.

I love Jimmy John’s, but this location had one of the rudest women working there, that I’ve ever experienced. She acted like she was a manager, but it’s a good thing I’m nice, because she deserves to be knocked down a notch or two…. I won’t ever go there again. She wasn’t only rude to customers but was loud and rude to the people she was working with. She has no place in the service industry, maybe she’d do better working as a grave digger.

I love Jimmy John’s and will go out of my way to eat there every chance I get. Unfortunately I would not recommend eating at this specific location to anyone. I’ve eaten here twice, months apart, and both times left me with terrible gut rot for a couple days.

So incredibly disappointed. Placed an order over an hour ago and still do not have my food. I called at the 45 minute mark and the phone was answered not with a hello but a rude tone and placed on hold only I wasn’t really placed on hold, the phone was laid down and I listened to conversation for the next 5 minutes until it became apparent I had been forgotten. I just called again and was told that my food was out for delivery but it was in with 7 others and they couldn’t tell me when it would be here. I have to go back to work without lunch. Jimmy John’s you just totally lost your Freaky Fast status and you need to polish up your customer service. Very bad!!
