Extremely rude. Gentleman with the red beard acted like I was wasting his time just by having a pulse. Was stuffing a bag of chips in his face the entire time I was trying to order, and then started talking to the girl behind him while I was ordering and then asked me to repeat myself and was really loud and obnoxious (not to mention the chips all in his beard) was going to eat inside but went and ate in the car because I’d rather eat in 90 degree heat than sit in there for any amount of time. Absolutely atrocious and I will not be back to this location. *also, don’t ask for your drink cup for the drink you ordered because he will act extremely annoyed and let out the biggest sigh.

Incredibly rude. Ignored us multiple times when we asked for the missing part of our order. One worker sighed everytime we added something to the order. Lied about not being able to make more kicking ranch (we wanted one of the quarts, went to a different jj’s and they immediately started making more ranch for it no questions asked). All around poor attitudes. I’ve received better customer service at a trap house.

We ordered takeout. As we waited to be able to pick it up, there was a man eating behind the counter, which really is no big deal. However, when we went into pick up our food, he spoke to us as he was chewing, and food was flying out of his mouth. I’m hoping that he was not the manager. It was funny, but yet in the same note wasn’t funny it was very slobbish and unprofessional. I actually have never thought that somebody who was working anywhere would talk to me with food flying out of their mouth to the point we definitely could not understand what he was saying. It was a bit ridiculous but the subs were good so to speak.

Freaky fast but missing 50% of the ingredients!!!! Absolutely ridiculous! Very frustrated when I arrived home with my horribly made sandwiches that were missing or half of the ingredients!

Ended up going to Jersey Mike’s. I waited 15 minutes for a # 9 & 16 they were not even busy, ask for wheat. I saw they were making two Sandwiches with regular wheat bread. I figured it was another order since they had made two orders already for people that came in after me and just ordered, so I know it wasn’t a pick up. Apparently they don’t have wheat sub buns anymore. Wish I had known I would not have wasted my time. JERSEY SUBS IS OUR NEW GO TO PLACE.

Every time I order they manage to beat there record time of making to my location last time was roughly 32 minutes and I am literally in the neighborhood across the street, now today was 43 minutes to get JJ delivery how’s that for freaky fast. Then the guy gets here I say man didn’t think y’all would make it and he says (I had to laugh) as he said “but we came through for you this time”, I was like this is hilarious 43 mins for a JJ delivery that used to take 12 min. tops. In this market I would be careful with such arrogance. I will no longer order from there!

I love Jimmy Johns, but it seems like the franchise owner here only cares about pinching pennies. Each time I go to this one I get roughly half as much meat as any other location. The people that work here are polite and speedy with their orders, and I thank them for that, but I would recommend going to any other location if you want a sub that’s more than bread and lettuce.

I went on their free sub day – never been before that day and they honestly could have kept it. The driest sandwich I have ever had in my entire life! Thank goodness it easy free, I would have been upset to have paid for it. The staff at the location was fine, the food is just way overrated to me. Jimmy Johns doesn’t need to deliver, in my opinion.
