Ocassionally fast but have had issues in the past with this location being freaky-slow. Just last week, I waited 25 minutes after checking the ‘order was out for delivery’. I work roughly 5 minutes away from this location, which some could ague, why get delivery? Well, I’m sure we’ve all had days where leaving the office isn’t much of an option so that is my reason. No knocks on the quality, just giving you a heads up on how your food may be delivered anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. That is all.

This is the most awful sandwich I have ever had. I asked for a Cubano. The sandwich arrived cold, the bread is small so it is not possible to eat it without falling all apart. Awful!!!!! Not tasty horrible indeed.

$9 for a sub that has basically Zero Turkey meat and awful bread I got a bread sandwich with small about of lettuce and tomato. The WORST subs!!!!!! Absolutely terrible the chips I paid for never were put in the bag. Hope you like the money from this sale your NEVER going to get anymore money from me. So many better sub places than this!

Ordered online for a specific delivery time, driver ignored instructions on what door to deliver to. Showed up ten minutes early, gave our door guard a hard time because he was told he came to the wrong door. Gave me attitude when I stepped away from my desk to pick it up early. Food is good, service at this location stinks.

Don’t bother ordering online because it never gets to you how you order it. I’m usually not one to make a fuss but it happens every time. I finally got fed up and called to complain and what was their solution? They will send the driver back to pick up the wrong sandwich and deliver the right sandwich instead of just comping the original wrong sandwich. I feel bad for the drivers because it’s not their fault the sandwich was made incorrectly and there’s no way for me to tip extra for their trouble. And that sandwich is just going to be thrown away now, do you really need to collect it? Jimmy Johns you might want to reconsider your practices because this seems like it’s wasting you more money and the customers time
