It took 50 minutes for my sandwich to be delivered. I called when it had been 40 minutes and all I was told was “sorry, they should be there soon.” By the time I got it delivered, it was soggy and a mess. I frequently order from this Jimmy Johns but I have never had such bad service.

Our son ordered delivery from the Monroe St location and never received his food. When he called he was told that it was delivered and they were closed now. Hours later he received a call from the person it had actually been delivered to (his number was on the receipt). The driver delivered to the wrong address.
