Stopped on my way home with my boyfriend and kids to get dinner quick, and literally only ordered 2 subs. Nothing crazy, simple order of only 2 subs and got home and realized they didn’t even make one of them how it was ordered. I have worked customer service for over 10 years and find it odd how hard it is to get places to make small orders correctly anymore.

This location is awful. On 2 occasions it took over 40 minutes for delivery. (I’ve ordered from other locations and I always get my food in less than 15 minutes!) I thought the first time was a fluke. It wasn’t. And don’t be fooled with a comment on your negative review to let them know so they can contact the owner and make it right. The owner does not care!

Freaky slow and freaky stupid. Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes without moving. When I finally got to order, I ordered my usual (slim 4 with a side of oil and vinegar, which I said I’ll pay a dollar extra for). At most stores, this order isn’t a problem. I have even done it several times at this location. I was told that in order to get oil and vinegar, I need to buy a turkey tom which is loaded with veggies I don’t want. I’m not going to pay an extra $4 for 1oz of oil and vinegar. When I pointed this out, they didn’t care. I work in customer service and can’t imagine treating repeat customers like this. I will no longer be spending my money at Jimmy John’s, but rather at other subs shops.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!! I walked in at 12:30 pm and this worker names Caleb (I think he’s new) was VERY rude to me. He was on his phone and when I said I needed help, he told me to shut up. I am offended by this service and this generation. This is an absolute outrage and I will not be coming back. Caleb ruined my love for Jimmy John’s because I don’t feel welcome there anymore. Also, when I gave him my order (on white bread) he recommended a Slimmy Jimmy instead. He said that is probably better for me. Thank you Caleb for ruining my Jimmy John’s experience. You don’t deserve the $12 an hour you’re making. I can’t believe this generation.

Pulled up yesterday at 4pm, lights on, drive-thru open. Yet when I pull up to the intercom, the employee blurts “we aren’t taking orders now. We are waiting for a staff shift change.” Ummm, so you can’t work or turn off the lights as to let customers know you are closed? Don’t start with CoVid, labor shortages, blah blah blah. There is something called work ethic and customer service. Why are you standing around at your work place, if you’re not working? Not sure if this is mismanagement or poor work ethic.

Only 1 star because you have to give at least one star. As many understand staffing shortages etc I whole heartly respect every business and employee however when the drive thru person doesn’t speak grunts at you and points at signs rather than answering gives wrong food out ( without a bag even) and upon calling the manager didn’t want to even fix the issue and unable to deliver when they offer delivery . Currently disabled and took alot out of me just to get there and couldn’t handle pain to go back . Will never return and will make sure to get this review as many places as possible.

I had never been to Jimmy John’s, but these people were really nice and helped me find what I wanted. They didn’t have as many options as Subway but the food tastes so much fresher I didn’t mind! It was fast even though I was a bit slow lol, definitely will be coming back!!

Got both of our orders wrong. Ordered a club lulu and beach club. Not sure what we got but it wasn’t those. Unfortunately did not notice it until we got home and didn’t have time to go back. So my kids just ate them. Just a bummer when you spend that and don’t get what you ordered.
