Jimmy John’s has good subs they are a solid brand for subs. They don’t have all the options that other brands have, but what they don’t have in variety they make up for with their speed. This location has some very friendly and nice people working for it they are always professional when I visit. I mostly use the app to oder because it is a lot easier to get all the add-ons that I want, and it’s super fast – cutting the line. I have seen them deliver as well, and they are no joke freakishly fast. They are one of the best Jimmy’s in Michigan.

This is the second time I have ordered delivery and it takes over an hour to get your food a block away, I am currently still waiting on my food order at 12:42pm and it is almost 2pm. Nothing like they use to be with there friendliness or delivery.

This is definitely the fastest place for lunch around. I’ve been here 5 times. My sandwiches have been made by the time I’ve filled my cup up with soda. Staff is all friendly. Food has always been good.

If I’m being honest, I’ve been too much faster locations. During this visit they were slow to make the sandwiches, and the death metal music on the PA was so loud it was uncomfortable and difficult to communicate at our table. Staff are friendly, and the food was good.

Stopped here on several occasions on the way to Midland Michigan and the service is always fast, food is fresh! The associates are awesome, always friendly and greet you! Impressive that I stopped one time close to closing and Braydon and Gabe were awesome! Totally fresh sandwich at the end of the night with fresh veggies! Sandwhich prepared perfectly! Brandon also has excellent customer service skills when he told me about the new sandwich on another occasion! Which was awesome service as well!! The restrooms were clean!

I’m not usually one to rate a restaurant, but I felt that my experience at this Jimmy Johns needed to be shared. We needed a quick lunch and bathroom break from a long trip and this Jimmy Johns stop was nothing short of perfection. The bathrooms were pristinely sanitized and clean and the workers were extremely friendly and got our orders exactly correct and finished freaky fast. To end our experience, a incoming delivery man even held the door for us. It was a lovely experience and if I could rate 6 stars for this restaurant I would.
