I placed an pick up order and arrived at the this location about 20 minutes after my order was placed. At any other Jimmy John’s, this would be more than enough time. I told them that I was there and that my order would be after the next online order was processed. As I waited 20 more minutes, I saw 30+ vehicles go though the drive through and numerous walk-ins get their food ahead of me. I asked about my order and they said they would be begin working on it as several more customers from the drive through were served ahead of me. It was clear that they were just randomly grabbing tickets and you could see them mixing the tickets around instead of making them as they are printed from the order machines. After 10 more minutes, I told the manager what they were doing and he said they were just short staffed. The issue had nothing to do with staffing, just incompetent people not following a process with zero experience in customers service. I will never be coming back to this location.

The sandwich was good. The service was very slow. I was the only person inside and there were 3 cars in the drive through. It took 10-12 minutes to get my sandwich. There were 5 people working. I’ve been to Jimmy John’s where the longest part of the visit is me deciding what to order. Not this one.. Too much talking, not enough hustle. But that seems to be the way of things these days.

this is the second time I’ve gone to this location where I have waited over 30 minutes to get a couple subs what happened to freaky fast? there were a ton of employees just standing around looking at me. for how expensive the prices have gotten too there’s no reason I needed to wait that long. I could have gone to the grocery store and made a sandwich faster.

food was good, service was absolute garbage. i called to order a sandwich to be delivered, and the girl on the other end was incredibly slow at taking my order, and never got my address right. it took over an hour for my sandwich to get to me, and i was LITERALLY on the same road as the restaurant (i work at michaels). i called about an hour after i had placed the order to make sure they had the right address (surprise! they didn’t!) and my sandwich hadn’t even left the building. just go to the jimmy johns in st joe. infinitely more competent employees.

I ordered a tuna unwich with cucumber, onion and light mayo at the drive through. Checked it, fortunately. It was NOT an unwich. Went I side the store and ordered again. I repeated what I wanted three times. I got my hair neich with cucumber, mayo and light onion. Either they don’t listen or they think anything will do. Won’t go back to this location.

There were a couple of issues with the Napier location. The regional manager contacted me. Zach was wonderful. He listened and apologized. I wish there were more employees like Zach at the Napier Ave location. He is professional, kind and understanding. What a great representative for Jimmy John’s to have.

Very disappointed in the new location no indoor dining only take out and drive through. I went to the old location often and enjoyed sitting down and eating my sandwich there now I go the the St. Joseph, MI store to enjoy indoor dining.
