His name was Tommy, he was patient with me while I took my order, and all round a happy smiling face, that is so much more than what I usually get walking in this location. Ordered online at 11:07a for a delivery at 12p that same day paid CC in full with a tip. Order came at 12:35p and was the wrong sandwich, no napkins or straw. I don’t have a problem with the long wait time or the fact that WE ARE ALL SHORT STAFFED (as the Owner liked to use as the excuse for the late arrival) But when I contacted them to bring it to their attention that I received the wrong sandwich (that I couldn’t consume) the owner proceeded to tell me that her husband was being NICE in remaking my sandwich for a credit and that he didn’t have to be per policy! SERIOUSLY This is by FAR the WORST managed food chain in BATTLE CREEK! How dare your employees AND management speak to good paying customers the way you’ve trained yours to do and as for your sandwich you brought me … it’s in the trash the same as I find your customer service skills! I’ll pray for all your endeavors it seems to be much needed.

Ordered at @12:57pm i was told I would have it in 20 minutes- got my food at 2:43pm. Even called asking where my food was at 1:38pm just said there busy and I was told i would have my food in another 20 minutes. Very disappointed.

I haven’t eaten at JJ in about 3 years. The subs are skimpier. When I order the veggie with Avocado, there should be avocado detected on the sub. Defiantly was not. These young adults have no people skills. I even thought about adding some extra. It’s $1.50 or so for extra. No need to waste more money.

I ordered online as I always do.. I went in store to pick it up.. had to wait for it to be made.. had to ask for my drink… when I get home no chips in my bag and I open my sandwich and it’s literally lettuce and cheese. I just took 30 mins out of my day & paid $16 for no food. Sweet.

I went and ordered a turkey Tom had to pay extra for cheese and got the most thin slice of cheese that I ever saw. They definitely have less meat then before. I tried to give some to my cat and he walked away from it and he normally loves turkey.

foot was alright, but barely anything on it. Prices continue to rise and quality + quantity keeps becoming less. If a sandwich cost $8, then I would assume I could get ar least 2 pieces of meet, instead of a very thin slice.
