I like Jimmy John’s. They are clean, quick, friendly and dare I say often actually close to fun to visit. But sometimes delivery is warranted due to circumstances. They have been adding a $3 delivery fee for some time. And that’s okay. Delivery people should be paid well. Except apparently they aren’t. After being asked for a tip from the most recent delivery driver I questioned him about the delivery fee. Turns out that the person doing the actual delivery isn’t getting that money. So I wonder who is? On top of that there is now an additional “service charge” of $2 added to delivery orders. What? Where is this going? Not to the delivery person apparently. So Jimmy John’s has priced me out. Not worth it anymore. Shame because I do like Jimmy John’s.

On 4/17/23, I had the last straw with this franchise. They are often bad at communicating, but due to convenience, they are our local Jimmy John’s. I haven’t ever really reviewed them because until now, it’s just been average service. The food is good… When you get it. READ ON!

Fantastic experience! We did a group order through this location, and ordered nearly 30 subs. The day of our pickup, they called to confirm our order, and figure out which extra items went with which sandwiches so they could have it in the correct bag. Every sandwich was correct and ready when we arrived for pickup. It made our lunch that day VERY easy, and delicious!

I order from the Sprinkle Road location religiously because I can always count on them making my #6 sandwich perfectly! In the year we’ve been in the area, there’s only been one mistake, mind you we order almost weekly because I have an obsession, and they immediately fixed the mistake! Pretty fantastic crew over there, having no errors 99.9% of the time. You can always count on this store!
