Disappointed in the customer service. Ordered two sandwiches. An hour later I call the store to see what was up. “The driver had difficulty reaching my door and left it by the garage” um, what? Why couldn’t you reach my door? Why didn’t I receive a notification it was delivered? I guess I will order a basic sandwich from another competitor.

Should be no stars this lady was so awful I ordered a delivery and this lady came over, leaves the food on the ground and leaves my grandma called her back and she claimed to have been knocking on the door for 5 minutes but I don’t think so, she wouldve knocked on the screen door but when someone knocks on the screen door you can hear it so she’s clearly lying stop hiring people like this

I ordered an ultimate porker with double ham and double bacon was charged for double but didn’t get double meat. Was also told 15-20 min. For delivery took over an hour. Would not recommend to anyone

While the food is usually consistently good, the service has been not so great recently. JJs is no longer freaky fast, delivery takes quite a while and side items have been forgotten on delivery. It’s very disappointing because this is my go to work lunch. While I’m understanding of the current labor shortage, it would be nice to have a heads up if delivery is going to take a while. My last delivery took over an hour and I had to call 2 times.

First time was awesome. Freaky fast freaky good. But this time I ordered 2 subs and had them remade twice and they were still wrong with my fiance’s his sub was too hard it wasn’t edible. I’m sorry but if you have a receipt in front of you, how can you screw up an order not just once but twice?

Ordered a sub and the staff was sliding my food along the cut board without any paper underneath. when I questioned it I was told what are u allergic to .done with this place. Ended up speaking with corporate and area manager was going to call me never did not surprised by the staffs attitude.
