Service was fast and friendly. I was picking up takeout for my wife. She likes it, especially the bread. It is clean and they use quality food. I am not a fan of sandwiches but what I’ve had there is good.

Had a family member that ordered food for pickup. I was asked to get it. Walked in, I was asked if I had the mobile order, I said yes, I was told a total for the price then I was also told “we close at 9 by the way, order sooner.” I was blown away. I said “I’ll be sure to tell the person that ordered. The one drink was supposed to be ice tea and was absolutely room temperature with no ice to top the icing on the cake.

Multiple staff just standing around doing nothing while customers are in the store. Also, staff goofing off by throwing bags of chips over the food counter. Day shift has more people than necessary and night shift doesn’t have enough people.

Jimmy johns is my favorite. I was excited when they first opened but, every time i been there i been disappointed about the customer service and the food. Only once I been there and everything was good. Second time rotten lettuce that tasted bitter and ruined the sandwich. Didn’t get any type of refund. Third time paid for cheese and the workers were back there messing around and cussing forgot the cheese all of our sandwiches that we paid extra for and my sandwich was sloppy and falling apart. The other times I haven’t had much issues besides the people there every jimmy johns i go to the service is great but here they aren’t like that. They cuss in the back don’t know how to answer simple questions and do sloppy work. Every other jimmy johns I went to I have enjoyed but this one is disappointing and they need to get some better workers or something. I am gonna start driving to lowell for when i want jimmy johns.

Glad they’re back here. Tomatoes stood out as fresh, really all the ingredients. Bread slightly tough, overdone compared to other JJ trips. Pretty clean, festive decorations, welcoming. Friendly staff, will return.

Slowest and most unprofessional JJs I’ve ever been too. It’s like a middle school recess in there. Gossip about guests and staff while standing around. They appear to be over staffed and under motivated!

Every single time that either I order or I’m gifted with a veggie sub, there is ALWAYS meat on it. Nowhere in the description of the sandwich has any meat listed, so it’s weird that I’ve never received it without meat. I’m vegetarian and if I don’t check, I could get very sick. The school and my work like getting Jimmy Johns for everyone, but I’m going to have to start to decline. This place is not vegetarian friendly. Very sad that they can’t even make their vegetarian sandwich vegetarian.

I had the most horrible experience with this Jimmy John’s. Our food was an hour late and when my boyfriend went to go fix the problem they just hung up on us. I’m really big about customer service and customer service skills and that was just uncalled for and I will never be ordering here again.
