Managed to forget make half of my order, even after I called to ask to see if it was ready as the site wasn’t updating. I walk in and all of the employees but one were gossiping and obviously not able to pay attention to their job or customers. When I mentioned I was missing half of my food, they acted like I was annoying them and putting them out, after I called to verify it was ready. The next day the owner calls me and says he obviously cares about customer service but couldn’t even apologize and instead acted like what I said was incorrect. Absolutely absurd customer service.
