Been getting the same sandwich for months and always pay for extras and have been happy until now. The sandwich this time was lacking way off from what I’ve always gotten. Go to have them remake it and the girl working was extremely rude, unprofessional and had a nasty attitude about it claiming it had the proper amount in it, made it extra sloppy and still couldnt read the order right. I’ll be going out to Davison location from now on.

Service is always extremely slow at this location, staff are rude, and it seems like the manager is never in. I’d recommend literally any other Jimmy John’s in the area, this place is not worth the convenience of being right off the highway.

This place is a waste of time. They are open when they want to be. They NEVER have a delivery driver. Some of the staff is extremely rude. I live .2 miles from the location and I rather catch an Uber or Lyft to the one on Grand Traverse.

If you order delivery, good luck. 9/10 they don’t have a driver and if they do your food will arrive an hour later and soggy. When you go inside the staff is young, I barely get greeted and the cashiers look like they’re about to have an anxiety attack if you ask them for anything beyond clicking buttons. I’d give them zero stars if I could. I’m not sure where managment is at, but they sure aren’t there.

This is my first time at this particular JJ’s and I think this is the most disappointed I’ve been with a fast food place in quite some time. The food didn’t taste bad, but both orders were poorly made. One sandwich had plenty of stuff on it but they added things I didn’t ask for, and the second order barely had enough meat to be considered an actual sandwich. I am pretty easy to please when it comes to food, but if I am going to spend $25 on a couple of sandwiches I would really like what I ordered and for them both to be fully made. The people who served us were really pleasant and super nice though.
