Unwrap and check what you ordered before you pay/leave this place. Wrapper was marked with the correct number for the sandwich I ordered and the additions/subtractions to the sandwich were correct. The problem is apparently they think ham and turkey are the same! $10+ for a sandwich and they cannot differentiate between lunch meats. Glad my wife’s Tuna didn’t turn out to be a BLT!

Smells excellent walking in. Store is always clean. Greeted by friendly faces. The front counter employee rang up both subs correctly, therefore both subs were made correctly which rocked considering the modifications we needed on them! Food tasted fresh!! Thanks guys!!

good food and nice people, my in-restaurant experiences at this location are always great. however, whenever i order delivery (which has become pretty frequently) it takes AT LEAST an hour for the food to arrive. i live about 5-10 minutes away and only order a meal for myself. what is taking so long? it’s starting to get annoying and makes me not want to order from here anymore, because it happens every. single. time. jimmy johns milford, get it together!!

Needed to place a large 13 sandwich order but I had to pick it up by 10:30. The manager at the time was so helpful and said opening 30 minutes early was not a problem at all. I get there and they had everything ready to go and in a box 5 minutes before 10:30. Very impressed and outstanding customer service.

Today I ordered 2 subs to be delivered and was told they would be out shortly. An hour later and they were still not here. Called and was told they were just minutes away. Another 20 minutes passed and still no subs. Called again and this time the person told me the subs had not left yet but they would be leaving soon and to expect in 20 minutes. Called back again after a 2 HOUR WAIT to find out the deliver driver was again returning and would now be heading out with our subs. Their excuse: “its been a hectic morning”. I work retail and understand it can be hectic to do things on time but 2 HOUR IS RIDICULOUS and to get different answers each time you call is UNACCEPTABLE. I will NOT be ordering from this jimmy johns again and neither should you if you expect good, fast service.
