Went into the store and ordered a #12, when I got home I opened the sandwich and it was not #12. It had some kind of salami, onion, lettuce, tomato and oil &vinegar. I looked at the menu and honestly, I can’t tell you what sandwich they gave me, I just know it wasn’t a #12. I didn’t even bother calling the store. The guy taking my order was too busy listening to the music in his headphones, instead of listening to me. I won’t go to this location again.

I didn’t understand why I had to bag my own food up 2 regular sandwiches for #18. 63 one a veggie the other Italian. Young man after wrapping our sandwiches threw them up on the conner with the recipe. I asked him do they get a bag, he response he got other stuff to do sorry, thiers the bags. I’m like wow. I started to just get a refund. But didn’t, I get home veggie sandwiche put together any old way. This was my first and last time at this location. Whomever owns this location should make sure people are not being treated disrespectful for no reason.

Constant problems, this store is a mess. Terrible service, takes delivery orders, charges for them, doesn’t deliver the food, doesn’t refund the money. Nobody knows what to do. That is theft. Bunch a kids who are incompetent at a basic job. That’s just for starters.

I used to order from this location frequently. The food was always fresh and the delivery was fast. In the past few months this location has very quickly went downhill. Delivery times now take roughly 40-50 minutes and to add insult to injury, the sandwiches are always crushed and not even close to being stuffed with food. One time the sandwich bread I was served was so old and stale that it gave me food poisoning.

These Jimmy John’s in the area always have an excuse as to why they can’t fulfill the service they are supposed to be doing. Either they are closing early, posting the incorrect hours or can’t make deliveries like this location because they supposedly don’t have a delivery driver. Jimmy johns delivers! Stop making excuses for not doing what you’re supposed to do!

Seriously fed up with this. At this point if these people are going to be this horrendous at their job, don’t even keep that garbage location open. Food rarely tastes fresh here, and the employees are always as rude as can be. Don’t even think about doing delivery here either because you’ll cook some frozen food by the time it gets here it takes so long, and it you are wondering about your delivery status dont even think about calling, because it will just be some disrespectful employee whom you seem to be bothering! So disappointing, because I love JJs to death. The owner can’t even make one real comment back either, so ridiculous.

Attempted to order an unwhich lettuce wrap and was told they were out of lettuce wraps. No problem, I said, and asked if they could make it a bowl or salad (they had shredded lettuce for the other sandwiches I ordered) and they wouldn’t accommodate.
