This box pack 30 half’s for 75.00 was an absolute joke. I was embarrassed to be the person who brought this main course for a Christmas Eve Party. Taylor location. Sent over 50 packets of mustard and mayonnaise. No cheese on the subs. The amount of meat was a joke. I will never support this business again.

I get the veggie, and I always get extra lettuce because it is more filling and tastes better. There is a pathetic amount of lettuce. It isn’t even enough without asking for extra. So disappointing for an expensive sandwich. I’d add a picture of it gave me the option. I also paid for extra avo spread…did not receive.

The G.M. that works this store is Absolutely fantastic!! I’ve been ordering delivery for nearly two years now & I know for the last year He was G.M I wish I had gotten his name I’m embarrassed to say that I forgot his name. When store is short on employees he jumps In does delivery makes sandwiches takes orders ect. If you have a problem He will get it fixed. He truly is a Great G.M and they really did Good placing him as their G.M.Hes friendly, kind, and overall I think this is the best Jimmy johns in a 50 mile radius the food is Always on point fresh & how you ordered it,if it’s not they’ll make it right but I’ve rarely received an order that was wrong and I did have a problem once but there was a lot things that contributed too the mix up new workers,power issues the G.M wasn’t there and so on. When you go to shops like this these days & ask to speak with a manager in so many cases their just not manager material they seem miserable and usually are so rude & I just don’t get it but the point here is this particular store is greatly run, by the G.M and employees here I hate that hard working individuals in this particular industry get overlooked or Not recognized or acknowledged for their superb work ethic that frankly is nearly extinct in the food industry.

What can I say? You can never go wrong with fresh cold cut subs!!!! I never have been a fan of Jimmy John’s bread… the ends are always a little hard. They are thin and hard to roll up the subs with big meat like the J.J. Gargantuan. I typically get the “Double Garg,” which is the gargantuan with double meat. The garg originally is already hard to roll up.

Got myself and my brother Italian night club subs. Went there because its supposed to be freaky fresh. Took our order and made the few ahead of ours. Then everyone on the line stopped making food and started talking to their friends. After 10 minutes I got ticked off and asked them where my sub was. They said oh what did you get and appeared annoyed I broke up there hangout fest. After a half hour I finally got my sub which was really tasty but in no way fast.

Placed an online order at 745pm for delivery, when it still wasn’t delivered by 850pm, I called the store to see what was going on since they close at 900pm. Apparently they didn’t have any drivers, so they canceled my order, and didn’t feel the need of common curiosity to tell me. This location is consistently slow with delivery orders, the motto of Freaky Fast doesn’t pertain to them, or they deliver to the wrong address regardless of me leaving my apartment number. Whenever I go in person what shows as a reward on my account never matches what shows in their system. I don’t think anyone at this location really knows what they’re doing, especially management. I don’t know why I continue to think my experience with them will be different, but I will no longer be a customer, and I warn others who do consider ordering from this location.
