The subs are great, but it takes forever to get one. In their defense, nobody is buying breakfast or dinner subs, so lunchtime is when everyone swamps JJ and the staff is constantly overwhelmed. However, if you’re gonna use “Freaky Fast Subs” as your tagline, you need to solve for the business of peak hours. Drive thru pickup for an order I placed online should not take 20 minutes. Place an order online and pick up inside? 20 minutes (and keep in mind this is an order that is already made ahead of time). So, great subs, but don’t stop if you’re in a hurry.

I gave them two stars only because I’m a nice guy, but I truly mean 1 Star.. I asked for a Turkey and swiss, Now I get yelled at because, oh, WE DONT HAVE SWISS CHEESE HERE ONLY PROVALONE!!!! ok not a problem, l’ll take a turkey and provalone only lettuce and mayonnaise please, no tomatoes, no onions, only lettuce and mayonnaise please.. I get home to see that I got a turkey and provalone with TOMATOES!! VERY LITTLE TURKEY, almost as if they were making it for a 5yr old. So dissapointed!! I dont ever, ever write reviews, But they started out rude and ended with a (Damnn where is my turkey in my turkey and provalone sub) !!!!!..

My family visited this location and ordered at the drive thru, there were no other customers at the drive thru or in the store before or after our visit. We ordered three sandwiches, chips and cookies. The order took over 15 minutes to complete including several minutes to try to get someone’s attention to take my order at the drive in. I had to knock on the window to try to get updates on the order because I truly thought they forgot about us sitting there waiting, I would have left but I had already been charged. When I complained and was going to ask for a refund the employee Carlos lost it on me and told me they were “understaffed and overworked and if I didn’t like the wait I could go somewhere else” all in front of my family. Additionally all three sandwiches were made incorrectly and one was the complete wrong sandwich from what was ordered. I understand there is a staffing shortage nationwide, I also understand they probably had delivery orders they were making but none of that excuses the way this was handled and the poor level of customer service and quality of the product.

I wanted to give these guys a higher rating because they are always really polite but the food they give you is usually a lot less then any other Jimmy johns I’ve been too. Unfortunately it’s the closet one to me and I wish they could do better with quality control and portioning.

They almost always get my order wrong or forget something and this has to be the slowest jimmy johns in the world. It’s just a bunch of kids fooling around, blasting music, and not working. They could really use some actual management.

I order delivery often and my food is always correct and made well. Sometimes it can take up to 30 minutes for a delivery order but understandable when you have a small team during a lunch rush. Always polite staff & quick at the drive thru when I do stop by. Overall I enjoy this location, thanks SL JJ’s!
