Most of the workers seem to be recent hires as of the writing of this post, so please keep in mind that they are still learning. Also, if your order is late, chances are that the shop hasn’t expected all the rush that day. These people are clearly doing their best, so please cut them some slack.

Jimmy John’s food is mostly the same no matter which location you visit. This one, however, has a service issue. We had a pickup order of 60 mini subs for my son’s birthday party. We placed the order weeks in advance. And even called the day off to ensure they’d be ready at the designated time. They had just started making them when I arrived for pickup. I sat there for 30min while they slowly took their time. I was late to my own son’s bday party. Not cool.

I ordered my sub plain with with just meat cheese and mayo. They added lettuce and tomatoes with the lettuce being shredded it’s hard to remove from sub. They are well staffed but the tables are all dirty and it doesn’t appear they spend any time cleaning them. . I would have liked a wheat bread. But they don’t have it.

Took 30 minutes to receive my order, apparently a double meat Cubano has two slices of ham on it. Couldn’t be more disappointed tbh, had to stop and get lunch after bc I was starving still.

I once left a one star review for them being closed and not being open during posted hours, or being too busy to serve because of a large catering order. We’ve been back a few times and it’s been great. Today my son made a mistake on his order. The (under-staffed) staff was super kind and made it right. They didn’t need to by any means. I was ready to pay up for a new sandwich. Did it take a while to get our order? YES! Who cares. It was a blizzard today and they were there through it. Everyone deserves a second ( 3rd, 4th ) chance sometimes. I know many people have done this for me. We are happy to have this option to eat. Be kind, be forgiving. We will be coming back.

DELIVERY DRIVER SCAMMER Tried to keep my change my Bill was $12 and some change . I gave him $20 and I told him to give me $5 back ,he tells me he is not a bank and doesn’t have change . I tell him give me my money back then . He says wait I may have some money in the car . He miraculously comes up with five singles. Delivery driver on Zeeb Rd in Ann Arbor Mi . Ordering 1 sub with 2 mods while I’m the only customer in the store. Had to repeat my order twice and the sub was still messed up. Asked for a 17 with lettuce and peppers, but they decided to add onions and not give me any pickles, which is kinda the whole point of the 17.

I just went in today and it was super busy. The staff had just completed a huge carryout order ( looked to be about 100 combos). There was also close to 20 people waiting for orders or giving orders. The staff was amazing. They were patient, calm and extremely proficient. The subs were amazing as usual but the staff (especially in these times of understaffing) was what will keep me coming back. Please thank your staff for me!

They were very busy but did a great job and even threw in a few extras .

Never get your sub right, never have delivery drivers, always have 5+ people working behind the counter. Must be management? Worst Jimmy’s in Ann Arbor. So bad it made me write my first Google review.
