Sandwich was good but I didn’t like that the sandwich maker was out loudly asking customers for tips after leaving the register. Not a good look!!! You can tell that most customers were not expecting that. There is a tip cup at the register, if you don’t put anything in the there the sandwich maker will then put you on the spot asking for a tip. Very unprofessional, will not be returning to this location.

Do not eat here I order and since they didn’t have a driver my order got cancelled the manager thought it was a good ideal to say to a paying customer that my order could not be made cause they had no driver your a manager u are suppose to be the back bone if the restaurant she had no remorse and did not care I won’t be ordering from there any longer she also gave me the wrong number to corporate

Total lack of customer service. I must have went on a night there weren’t any qualified managers on duty…. It was like kids running the classroom. They seem to do as little as possible to make your experience worthwhile. Never going back.

I placed my delivery order at 1pm, it is now 2:15 and I still don’t have my order. Not so freaky fast. **update** Just now received my order, it is is 2:45…they also didn’t give me the mayo packets I requested that is on the receipt!! UPDATE 3-2-22: So I thought after 4 months and a horrible experience I would try to get delivery again, again, big mistake. I ordered at 12:24, it is now 1:07 and I still do not have my food. I am less than 10 minutes from the store, looks like this will be the last time I order delivery from this location. Very disappointed, again.

This Jimmy John’s location has the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced with any Jimmy John’s. Delivery is always slow and the couple of times I’ve gotten my food delivered my order has been messed up. This time I ordered the Cubano sandwich and there were no pickles at all(which is what sold the sandwich for me) and barely any meat. All I could really taste were the bread, mayo and mustard. Completely unsatisfying, best part about my meal was there chips. Once again, disappointing. The only way to get your order correct with this location is to go in store.

First of all you guys open at 11 AM. That is very inconvenient. On top of that you have one or two employees not enough to provide a good customer service. And it taste like your vegetables are not fresh at all.
