I placed a large delivery order for our staff. The order was correct and delivered promptly. We often order delivery from the location throughout the year and they are wonderful. Yes, occasionally we might be missing a bag of chips. However, when I call the store they send someone out right away. Also, they always write the person’s name on the sub so I know exactly which sub belongs to who. Thank you!!

Not only did I not receive the drink I PAID for, my order also took over an hour to get to me. Last time I ordered it took almost an hour as well and both times they forgot my extra packets as well. My meal should be refunded because this is ridiculous. Whole reason I ordered from there today was for the drink

STOP ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION! — on multiple accounts, delivery driver failed to follow extremely simple requests. in particular: “Please call upon arrival,” “Do not knock!” Delivery driver knocked today and woke my family up. Delivery driver failed, yet again, to call upon arrival — and, instead, left the order at AND immediately in front of the front door (which included a large fountain drink beverage… which we’ll get to in a moment). The door was opened because I saw heard the delivery driver, opened the door and saw him vacating the property but no food in sight. Upon opening the door, I discovered where the meal was because the door opening ended up spilling the large fountain drink. I cleaned it up some, then called the store. The representative who answered the phone denied all responsibility due to “…the delivery driver doesn’t read the receipts.” Clearly, this establishment isn’t interested in accommodating delivery requests — so I would conclude that this location is not family-friendly or patron-friendly. Further, upon request for a replacement, the denied responsibility stood and now I have a partial order. I’m embarrassed to have given this location as many chances as I have — spare yourself the embarrassment, frustration, and sacrificing your hard-earned money by not getting everything that you had ordered… then get mocked on the phone when requesting accommodation. I wish there were a corporate entity that audited such a location to correct this misdeeds and wrongdoings — but, I digress; wishes don’t correct poor customer service.

This is one of the worst locations. 1.) the employees are self centered and lazy. Anytime i order from there and leave less than a $6 tip, they fill my entire cup with just ice, and leave my food in weird spots. Keep in mind my order is usually 8 bucks max, so i think a 50% tip should be sufficient. Also, i ordered today and an hour and a half later i hadn’t received anything so i called and cancelled my order. when i did so i was told i couldn’t cancel because they were already on their way and that it was a “stupid request” then after complaining and telling them i wouldn’t open the door to pay for it, they said they had cancelled and that the delivery driver would not show up. 40 minutes later, the delivery driver shows up to my house and begins to bang on my door and refuses to leave. Never ordering from their again. their definitely the type of people who would spit in your food for a laugh. ive also seen people vaping in the kitchen of the store so that shows you how cleanly they are

The Jimmy John’s on 13/Hoover is the best one I have been to. The people seem to like their jobs. Something very rare in these times. My experience there has always been very consistent. Friendly employees, fast service and my sandwich is made to perfection every time. I don’t experience that kind of consistency anywhere. Great job Guys!!!
