We ordered two hours ago. Still nothing. They only have one driver. The delivery time is not, likely, the driver’s fault. Called and was informed the driver had 13 orders to deliver solo. Ordered Dominoes from down the street, only 20 minutes and their tracker works. Jimmy John’s might taste good, who knows it is still not here. If you want a sub, pick it up in person and wear a mask.

Any time you order online, your order is bound to be incorrect. It has gotten to the point in which I will look for a different location. It is way too much hassle to try to get the order right as you continue to wait in order to be able to enjoy your meal from this location. If you go and order in person, make sure to watch the process so you can ensure it gets correct. Too many times do you ha e to correct them just to make sure the order is right. Never do I have this issue with ANY other location. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location, or go to a different nearby store for your meal. You’ll thank yourself after.

When in tonight, friendly service is defiantly not a priority anymore. Cashier never said a word just looked at the register when time to pay. Was handed my sub when it was finished without a word spoken. Walked out and nobody said a word. Not a huge deal but Jimmy Johns was once a stand out company because of the fast, friendly service. Quality is still consistent.

Welp that was the 2nd time ordering online for a pickup to try n help them just in case they were busy. Again took an hour to make one sandwich, when I arrived 5 workers just standing around looking confused. Was gonna leave a tip, but an hour for a sandwich when they clearly were not busy, wasn’t deserved. I worked at a Jimmy John’s way busier in my time and we were faster. Step it up y’all!
