Can get your lunch fast, food always good.

Ordered online for Curbside delivery. Arrived there 10 minutes later. Waited in the car another 10 min. Was taking longer than it should have so I went in and they hadn’t started it yet. I was told my order would be next and 3 other people received their walk in orders first. Finally received my food 50 minutes after the order was placed. So not freaky fast.

I drove to Jimmy John’s on my lunch break today. The girl making my sandwich had at least 4 inch fake nails which were all poking through her gloves as she touched my food. I’m not really in the mood for hepatitis today so my sandwich went immediately in the garbage. I would not eat here ever again! This place is absolutely disgusting. The health department needs to be notified

I’ve twice now ordered and not gotten my chips. Called the store and they still haven’t sent them. Avocado spread is consistently a brownish color. Sandwich always has something off from the order too (cut in half when not asked for, or extra lettuce etc ignored).

ordered food “total was 27.40” at 3:09pm its now 4:52pm. I called at 4:20 and they said they left 20 minutes ago. Just called back and she said she canceled order I asked why she said we are out of delivery area (1 1/2 miles away) she didn’t call she said she didn’t have my number because she deleted order. and she doesn’t have time to argue with me she is the only one there. Awesome customer service if you ask me.

Go inside, they’ll be friendly and quick. Order delivery, seems they’ve forgotten the ‘freaky fast’ part of the motto. How is 50 minutes for delivery to a place 5 minutes away freaky fast? Every single time, this place is sloooow with delivery. I go in when I can get out of the office, I order elsewhere unless I’m really hankering for a sandwich when I can’t.

They are getting two stars because the young lady that answered the phone and the manager were nice. We placed our order at 12:38 and it was not delivered until 2:20…and missing one of our drinks. We have never had a problem. We will still go but maybe not for delivery.

Why would your website say that you open at 10:30am. I pull up to the door at 11a and it’s locked. I called on the phone and the 1st time a person answered and said “hello” then hangs up. I called a 2nd time, and they finally answered, when i inquired about their hours, the person stated it’s going to be another 15 minutes as they are waiting on bread?! Talk about disregard for their business. I drove from Brighton to meet my wife and kids for lunch and it’s all they wanted. I understand things don’t always go according to the plans but hours incorrect, stores not open at the time specified, the phone situation and then to top it all off, you are not ready for business even 45 mins later?!
