Customer service is terrible, manager is no better. I had an ordering conflict that I was very calm and polite about but apparently the worker felt it was necessary to announce loudly and rudely that if she gave me tomatoes for my Slim, she “would be fired” I have been able to get a side of tomatoes at my normal Jimmy John’s for quite a long time, I do believe they charge me something extra, which is absolutely expected. I can definitely see why the reviews for the store are so low. Do better

Usually get great service. Today I got my order and it was missing comdements that were on the ticket. Not too upset, but watch fit that stuff because that costed extra for items that weren’t provided

Took over an hour for delivery. Called to ask about the order and whoever answered was rude. Subs smaller than they used to be. Two subs delivered for $25.. not a good value.

Ordered today gave us the wrong subs. What is wrong with you people. Was in at 1:30 pm. Try training better. Just wasted $17+ you were training someone at that time. Plus he gave you a tip. Messed up big time.I will never will go to your location again. Poor service

There was no driver available and william was kind enough to walk the food over across the street to deliver to my husband who isn’t able to leave work!! I also spoke to a woman there who was very helpful. Amazing staff. They went above and beyond.
