After I got home with my order I realized that I was short changed on my order. I called the store back and spoke to the manager Eddie. He told me to come back with my receipt and he would correct the issue which he did. He was very professional and kind, good manager, still have me as a customer.

Ordered 3 sandwiches for a lunch in the park.. they got the order completely wrong. That wasn’t even the worst part.. the girls attitude at the window was the worst I’ve EVER seen at a drive thru. Just disgusting that someone treats people like that. Find a job where you don’t have to work with the public.

Jimmy johns is arguably the best sub shop around. The fresh bread and the toppings are very good. It got a 3 star because their young staff laughing and looking at us like we were part of their joke. It was very very uncomfortable. The people I was with even said something along the lines of “That’s so unprofessional and that’s who jimmy johns wants to represent their company?” Teenagers that laugh at the customers. Even if they weren’t it made the car occupants quite uncomfortable. Awesome subs horrible service
