I came into this Jimmy Johns at 9:56pm to put in an order for their 30 piece sampler. They were so nice! I had a few questions, Dylan, Dylan, Isaac and Landon were on it! They helped me pick sandwiches for the platter and they were so patient. 10/10 people

Always fast, fresh, quality food at this location. Everything as expected, including fresh bread/meat/extras, and a clean dining room. We eat here often and it compares to the consistency of Jimmy Johns found in other locations as well. Thank you!

The staff here are amazingly friendly and helpful. Our sandwiches are always made to order freaky fast. The store is clean and bright. We enjoy coming to this location. Also this location has a drive thru – I’ve never seen that at a Jimmy John’s before. Keep it up!

This Jimmy John’s is always good to us. They always get our order correct and have our food prepared very fast as promised! The staff just need to work on being a bit more friendly and welcoming but they’re teens/young adults/college students so it’s just how the generation is. Common manners and good customer service is a thing of the past sadly. I would give a perfect rating is they had goof customer service and simple/common manners (ex: Please, thank you, you’re welcome, have a nice day, etc) but none. They’re just cold. It’s very sad how customer service is not around anymore, literally anywhere!

I don’t know if I’m just bad luck or what but every time I order from this store “delivery” they don’t do anything the way I order it and it always takes close to an hour before it shows up. I actually just had to leave because I waited for over an hour and that was all the time I had to sit around waiting. I’d steer clear of ordering delivery from this one.

Not so “Freaky Fast” at Jimmy John’s Lafayette, IN location at 2810 S Creasy Ln. Posted closing time online for Friday, July 1st was 10PM, we found the doors locked upon arrival at 8:50 PM. A couple of employees behind the front counter glanced up from their phones long enough to laugh at us and shake their heads. No attempt to inform us of the dining area closure or wave us over to the drive through. Standing outside the door, I am thinking that if Jimmy John’s is so “Freaky Fast” why couldn’t they serve us at 8:50 and still close by posted 10PM time on a Friday. Deciding to try the drive through, we saw four more employees grouped together in the back section of the store, all on cell phones. At the order kiosk we waited awhile for someone to finally ask what we needed. Asking if we could order takeout at 8:50 PM we waited again for a lukewarm reply “Yes, what is your order.” At this point we were no longer interested in patronizing Jimmy John’s. If the restaurant cannot be trusted to maintain posted times, can employees be trusted to adhere to sanitary food preparation practices? My husband and I have enjoyed Jimmy John’s since one opened in Indianapolis more than 20 years ago. This experience has us concerned about trusting any Jimmy John’s in the future. From what we could tell, the only “Freaky Fast” thing about this Jimmy John’s was how “Freaky Fast” the Friday night crew chose to to close on July 1.
