Pre-ordered catering for my daughters cheer team. They told me a man by a name I don’t know picked it up. I did not send anyone there to pick up my order nor approve that. The restaurant will not remake the sandwiches or refund my money! Horrible service for a $70 order!! Not to mention a waste of money!!

I ordered a combo meal and paid around $14 for it. I ordered a Coke and they gave me a diet coke. I’ve contacted them three times over the past three weeks to either get a credit for a Coke or a refund in the amount. They have not gotten back to me. 2.79 isn’t a lot of money, but when these places keep messing up…a dollar here and a dollar there adds up quickly. If they don’t have the business acumen to contact me to make it right, they have lost me as a long time customer.

Ordered delivery. 1 1/2 hours later I call and they say, “The driver just left with 3 deliveries it will be any moment.” A half hour later that ‘any moment’ now turns into 2 hours of no delivery. I’m still waiting as this is being written and I live 3 minutes away. Also, this is the 3rd time this has happened and they simply do not care whatsoever. That is as the average service you will receive from that place. What a poorly ran operation.

Order the number 3 for my wife and a number 15 for myself ask for extra tomatoes and Grey Poupon but half teaspoon is Grey Poupon and no tomatoes. They refused to rectify the situation and so I still have the sandwich not made properly and no money in return. Let’s see what corporate says, after all tomatoes and Grey Poupon are free items that can be added but the manager chose not to. I was asked to never come back if I’m going to be an unhappy customer. By the way am I the only one that sees that she does have gloves on playing with her phone and making sandwiches that’s not very safe and sanitary and she calls herself the manager.

Stopped in to grab a sandwich on my way from Evansville to Owensboro. The staff was working very efficiently despite a busy lunch hour, and my sandwich was made exactly as ordered. I’m allergic to tomatoes and every Jimmy John’s I’ve been in has taken extra precautions to avoid cross contamination. This location was no different. I really do appreciate the concern and dedication to keeping the customers safe.

If ai could give 0 stars I would. We ordered for delivery tonight directly over the app. Order placed at 6:40 it did not arrive till 7:55. When the food got here it was hot. Order all the time, they mess it up all the time. Today we had sandwich made incorrectly, chips are stale, and drink was incorrect. App says out for delivery after 25 minutes then it takes him 30 minutes more to get here. I’m 1 mile from the store
