This location’s food is great! But unfortunately it gets 3 stars because the wait on the orders is absolutely unacceptable. It takes way too long to get the food. People in the store are friendly so that’s a plus The quality of food is okay but definitely wouldn’t want to go back to wait about 50min to get the food when this is supposed to be a fast food place. Terrible service, can’t even hear what the people are trying to order. Ordered a number 5 and they instead made me a number 1, which is completely incorrect. Didn’t offer any assistance, just told me “all I know is what’s on the receipt,” instead of offering to make me what I ordered. Never go here unless you want to be disappointed. Wasn’t even busy. Would give zero stars if I could.

Yikes. JJ you got do something about this location. Hire more employees or something. Ordered delivery this evening. After an hour of the delivery in “confirmed” status I noticed that I received an email from JJs stating delivery for tomorrow. Called the restaurant and the employee said they didn’t have a delivery driver and canceled the order. Didn’t let me know. By that time most places were closed. Drove to the same location to order drive thru. The same employee said I would have to come in bc they were the only employee working. Not a huge issue but it was an annoying, inconvenient, and inconsiderate interaction. TBD if I will actually get my money back without having to call them…

Wouldn’t give it one if it didn’t make me. I’m here for Florida for my dad’s funeral and stopped in drive thru today to order a sandwich. I have never ate here before so simply ask what came on the #11 a blad tall guy started to advise me if toppings when some female in the back ground was mocking me. I then asked if the sub was toasted and she proceeded to say oh my God give me a break and make complaints in the background while I was ordering. I then decided to cancel my order due to the rude person in the background that was mocking my order, and after that I hear her complaining about me canceling the order. I then advise the gentleman at the drive-thru window it was due to the rude customer service and the person that was speaking in the background. At that point the person in the background said bye okay bye and so I left I did tell her I was putting in a bad customer complaint and apparently she doesn’t care about customer service at this location.

I’ve always had a good experience with this Jimmy John’s. Food is always correct and fresh. The location is convenient and the late hours a perfect for those nighttime cravings. Delivery is always quick too, and they are good about delivering on campus, even to out of the way locations.

This location usually preforms well. It’s been too often that I’ve gotten a leather sandwich here though. I cannot stand stale bread and it seems they are always serving it here. It is a common problem with Jimmy John’s I’ve noticed. Sometimes it’s excellent bread others it’s like chewing a strap of leather. I would however recommend this location as they are fast and the ingredients are always good. I think corporate needs to do some serious research on having fresh bread though. It would also be nice to see some rye bread or sourdough. The two bread choice isn’t good when one is usually as hard as concrete.

I love the bread because it’s freshly baked every day. I use to work at this establishment, so I’ve experienced how Jimmy johns operate. I only get the B.L.T because they don’t bake the sandwiches. You get the sandwiches cold and fast. I prefer the majority of my lunch meat cooked. That’s why I only get a bacon, lettuce, mayo sandwich. Also, on certain sandwiches they tear the upper bread out.
