I ordered on the app on July 7th, 2023. I arrived and watched 3 people who walked in after I did receive their food. This was 45 minutes after I had ordered. I asked the employee why, and he said it was because they were busy. They had 4 people sitting at 2 tables. I told them to just give me a refund. After several weeks, I contacted corporate, and they said it would take a month. After several weeks of emails to corporate, I still have not received my refund. I just want my money back. I don’t think I’m asking too much to not have my money stolen from me.

For a Jimmy John’s this is not the best location. This one is not freaky fast. Online orders are usually late walking orders generally take 10 to 15 minutes even if you’re the only one there. The tables are usually sticky the staff is kind of weird. The quality of food is what you would expect from a Jimmy John’s but nothing to make up for the other stuff. It is next door to one of the best donut places so I’d advise stopping there when you stop by this place

Went in at 8:15, ordered a beach club unwich. Was told they’re out of cheese. Ok no problem. I customize it with jimmys mustard, add jimmys peppers. They turn away customers after us saying they’re closed (they’re open til 9Pm). 20 minutes later I get my sandwich. Get home. This is lettuce, tomato, cucumbers and tons of mayo on bread. What are these employees smoking??????!

A really upsetting ordering experience. 3 order online order which was done around 12:30ish didn’t get delivered to us until 1:40ish. Location is about 8 minutes down the road from us, and took over an hour to be delivered. Meanwhile tried calling the store multiple times on 2 different numbers and was hung up on for the last call, and could never actually reach anyone. Once delivered, it was all in a small box, covered in soda (chips and sandwiches) and leaking out of the box and the food was not edible other than the sealed chips. If I wanted a soggy sandwich, I would’ve gone to Portillos. The driver claims that they had drivers quit a week ago, but if you’re really that short staffed there should be some disclaimer online for that location of a wait time, or they should be calling the numbers associated with the order to let someone know. Do better jimmy johns.

literally the worst customer service i have ever seen in my entire life. i work customer service it’s BEYOND unbelievable how dog**** this was. my first attempt at trying jimmy john’s and it was ruined by being hung up on, waited 2 and a half hours for a sandwich i NEVER got, and was told multiple times the driver was already on the way when obviously it was a lie.

Billy club is my go to love this sandwich when made correctly. 2 sandwiches 1 regular and one with meat and cheese. Called the store to inform them that the order was wrong again. Spoke with manager MIKE but he would only make a corrected sandwich if I came back right now. I asked for the corporate # and he paused and then hung up on me. I called back he hung up. I continued till someone eanswered I asked for MIKE and when he got in the line I said MIKE and as he was hanging up he was staying it’s that lady.

We order from JJ’s regularly and I haven’t had an accurate order from this location in probably 7-8 months. Don’t do a mobile pick up order. You’re much better off ordering at the counter and double-checking it before you leave.

They had loaves but we had to wait for them to cool off before we could get the order filled. No problem, informed us about the waite before we ordered. Accommodations were made because we had to wait, that was unexpected, and really nice of them. The order once made was correct and prompt. Without any issues.

Placed a delivery order via app. Took 2 hours before it was out for delivery. Attempted to call the store to just cancel the order, no one picked up. Called roughly 5 times. No response. Voicemail said “wireless caller cannot be reached”. Uh, what? What kind of business is this? Finally called the corporate office to request a refund and cancel the order since no one was answering at the store. The corporate office told me that the refund must be made by the manager of the store. They said they would notify the manager and let them know to contact me within 24 hours to get this taken care of and that she would get my order cancelled. An hour after that call, my order gets delivered without my knowledge THAT I CANCELLED WITH CORPORATE. Now here we are, 3 days later and not a single call or refund. I get that a store can be busy and hectic. I understand how the food industry works. I will no longer be supporting this location until they get a manager that actually does their job and manages this place, and takes care of paying customers and respects their time. Manager or owner or whoever runs this place, if you’re reading this, I’m still waiting on my refund…
