Check your order! They forgot my wrap, I tried to call when I got home and the call wouldn’t go through. When I got through the next day I was told their phones were working last night, even though the manager I talked to admitted she wasn’t there the previous night when I tried to repeatedly call. They can’t give me my wrap because it happened the previous evening, less than 24 hours. I’ve worked with the public, and this is garbage. Their mistake, their phones, my loss. I will never waste my money here again.

I respectfully do not understand the hype around Jimmy Johns. I felt it was lacking in some way and truthfully overpriced. However its not a matter of service they were very nice, I just was not getting what everyone else was saying. Maybe its an acquired taste and I’m the one who is lacking lol.

Paid extra to have cheese on my sandwich, bought through drive thru, had to turn around and walk into the restaurant to get it fixed. Instead of fixing it, they handed me cheese and told me to put it on myself. Asked for a refund through the corporate site, they gave me $2 off my next sandwich coupon. What a joke. Won’t be back to this one unless they actually make it right.

Always fresh and tasty sandwiches. Staff at the Angola IN goes above and beyond for everyone. And our dog, Wrigley, is a big fan. So glad to have them as part of our small community.

I called the store today 9.16.2022 we ordered a tuna lettuce wrap and a number 9. Number 9 was ok I call the store the manager said it was my job to catch if the order was wrong so there I’m stuck I have always loved there food very bad attitude for a manager in my opinion they just lost a good customer and anyone else I know

Ummm, let’s see. First impressions were not the greatest. I was greeted with almost too loud of music. I could hardly hear the person next to me talking. There was also no indication on where to start. So I’m waiting for an employee to you know, greet me at the register and EVENTUALLY I was. I ordered 3 different types of sandwiches, that’s it. Mind you it wasn’t busy, yet it took almost 10 minutes with four people working on them to finish the sandwiches. I was then just handed the three sandwiches, the receipt, and no bag. No-one ever asked it was “for here or to go.”

First time I’ve ever had Jimmy Johns and it did not disappoint! There wasn’t a super long wait. Good price for the quality of food. It was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back!

I’ve eaten at my local Jimmy Johns a few times now and after my experience there recently, I’m sure I will never go back. The sandwich was bland and poorly made. We went back to have it remade but unsurprisingly, we were let down once again by the flavorless ingredients. I could make a better sandwich at home.

They delivered my sandwich but it was wrong. They argued with me saying it isn’t their fault that it was the app (even the app shows the correct order). The wouldn’t refund me or make me a new sandwich. Super disappointed because I order here a lot. The girl that answered the phone ended up hanging up on me saying they aren’t going to do anything.

Freaky fresh sandwiches delivered fast. Much better than the competition here in town. The bbq chips they have are by far the best produced anywhere in the world! I would give them 6 stars ******!
