We preordered 2 sandwiches and went through the drive thru to pick them up. The girl who was working the drive thru told us to pull up. We waited at the window for 10 mins before anyone acknowledged us. In that time, two different workers sauntered past the window multiple times texting on their phones. It wasn’t until we honked several times that anyone came to the window.

Ordered delivery and after about 45 minutes called to see the status of my order. I was told it was placed on the porch of my neighbors house. I was asked if i would like it remade and i said okay. Then a half hour later i see the delivery driver walk and grab it off the porch and bring to my house. I asked if he did that and he lied to my face and said no it was a new one. I told him i saw what he did and that i did not want that, and would be calling for a refund. While i was on the phone with the manager, the driver came back to the door and tried to refund me with cash, which was very odd and a bit frightening, and i told the driver no. Very unprofessional experience.

The store in Schererville Indiana is not costumer friendly towards black customers I went in the store before a white customer and the white customer was served before me customers before me was told too have a nice day as they left the restaurant but it was silent as I left

Poor service won’t be back. I was so appalled by the poor service I walked out. I walked in was not greeted check the menu out. Walked up to the register one girl behind register and two boys either side of her. Did not say hello can I take your order. They all just stood there looking at me. I had no idea if they were ready to take my order or not. Look at all of them and said it would be nice of you to greet your customers. I promptly walked out. I never ever go back to Jimmy John’s again. You have to be seriously kidding me you don’t Train your people better.

Having a pick up shelf or area for walking in for an online order would be helpful. Other stores have this and avoids waiting in the line to ask for the order which is kind of the point of ordering ahead to aloud a line. Food was fresh.

This is by the far the BEST Jimmy John’s Drive-Thru Sandwich joint to spark up for a freaky fresh, freaky fast, made-to-order sandwich located right on the border of Indiana and Illinois off of historic Route 30. It is totally worth cruising through for, stopping in to dine for, and are sure to please every type of simple, sandwich FREAK lover’s appetite! While I’m not DEATHLY allergic to onions, I am still allergic to onions. Like many reviews before mine, I also have chalked it up to being short staffed/new staff. However this location has consistently put onions on when I stated in my online order “no onions”. Again im not going to die, but now im going to have stomach issues for the rest of the day……great. Probably going to be the last time i order from there.
