We use to love this Jimmy johns. But last few times it’s taken forever and our sandwiches were completely wrong. Missing half the ingredients. I visit once a week before scout meetings for last 4 years now to find a new place. Ugh

Food has always been good but delivery is not even close to freaky fast. We ordered food at 530 it is now almost 615 and still waiting. Store is literally down the street. Good arrived at 632. Just over an hour to get 2 sandwiches blocks away and show up with watered down pop and soggy sandwiches. Always been my fav sandwich shop but may need to start looking elsewhere.

Every time I order food from here, its really good. the problem is, getting here on time. I live in St John too, and I also work down the street from the store and it takes sometimes an hour to get to my house or to my job even though its down the street. Thats the only complaint i have. The rewards system is cool. but I wish it stayed true to its “freaky fast motto”

App says they have curbside. Good luck, you’ll with forever. I didn’t get the “my order is ready ” notification until over 2 hours after I went in to pick up my curbside. There was no one waiting inside so they weren’t busy either.

Imagine ordering from this place on 10 separate occasions. And every single time not only does it take an hour to get here ( I live a mile away) they forget multiple things every time without failure. And seeing the other comments doesn’t seem like they care anyway

I really enjoy their food! But the lack of customer service is bad! I asked for a bag and she told to get my own bag for my 4 sandwiches, 2 chips and 2 cookies! I really thought that was rude! I had two small toddlers with me so the least she could have done is put my stuff in a bag so it would make it easier to carry everything!

Every single time I order food whether it is from them or door dash where it should only take 12 to 15 minutes, it ends up taking 40 minutes to an hour. I have a half hour lunch break and have to wait until I get off work to eat my food. My office is down the street. A serious need in upgrade with employees and service.

I am less than 2 miles away from this Jimmy Johns and the delivery is fantastic. I get exactly what I order, and I get it freaky fast. I get this Jimmy Johns almost 3 times a week, because it just so scrumptious and fast. If it is ever between another sandwich shop and Jimmy Johns I go with Jimmy.
