They don’t have warm subs like other places, but they’re fast, courteous, and delicious every single time that I order! I actually stopped going to Subway, because the service is far better at Jimmy John’s. Delivery or takeout, I’ve never had an issue.

I frequent this location often and can say today was the very first day I was utterly disappointed. I ordered a little jj sandwich. The bread has changed and my bread was not fresh. Instead of the usual bread I’m use to, it was a thick and stale-ish. It was prepared like a hot dog bun, not put together well. It was just not good. I order most often 2-3 times a week because everything else around me is horrible. Thought I found my gem but now I am not sure anymore. Hoping it was a fluke or someone new.

Worse Customer service experience, we buy 50 dollars in sandwiches, and 2 large drinks with refills, we put 7oz of soda in my nephew’s bottle and the “manager ” with no manners come to us saying why we put soda in the bottle and why we are stealing the soda, we never steal nothing because we have refills,I ask her how much is the 7oz of soda!, and I pay her $1.81 very rude and disrespect and very getto!! I ask her for the manager and she claims been the manager of this place!
