If I could give NO stars I would. This is the first time our officeI has ordered from here. i called and spoke to Chris the manager. I let her know that my wrap had a LOT of lettuce, no tomato (which it’s supposed to come with) and very little chicken in it. I also let her know that my boss ordered the same thing and his was fine. She said to bring it back and they’ll give me a new one. I told her I can’t leave work which is why we had lunch delivered. Then she said she’ll have a driver come and switch it. Well first of all, I can’t give back what I’ve already eaten , and I wouldn’t have known my wrap was not made properly until i started eating it, HELLOOOO!! Unless you want the 1/3 of the wrap and lettuce that is left. We ordered 80 dollars worth of food and you can’t credit or send a replacement??? That is bad business because I assure you, our office will never order from Jimmy Johns again!

This Jimmy John’s location was so well organized the staff was delightful that had really good positive energy I actually like going to establishments like this when the staff really takes pride and doing their job which makes the whole experience when you are a customer So Divine and rememberable my sister and I we’re looking for the nearest Jimmy John’s location in Munster Indiana and we happen to come across this location I don’t know about any other Jimmy John location but I really will recommend if you are in Indiana right now and you’re looking for a great spot to have a quick freaky fast sandwich check them out and make sure you give them five stars on the Food Service atmosphere hands down I will be back
