Attaching The sandwiches I received this evening. Called and spoke with a very defensive manager. I just didn’t want to pay for this, was willing to return sandwiches. He argued that he made the sandwiches himself and before sending photos he mentioned that he could “see with the turkey Tom why I would say that”…? which is even worse in my opinion. Why send it off for delivery then? He would not give me anyone’s names or emails to contact so here I am, sharing them for him so he can hopefully see them.

You guys are kind of the worst. We ordered a tuna club sandwich that had specified onions, and pickle be added along with avocado spread for an extra charge. Got the food and the requested items were missing from the tuna club. Called it in you said you’d make another one and bring it out, I thought “Oh awesome! How nice!” The sandwich you brought had onions and pickles and the avocado… But no tuna. 🙁 if you were out you could have at least added a substitute meat, our phone number was on the order if you needed to ask. Seemed kind of spiteful, but if that’s how you decide to waste your time that’s your business. You could have just made it right the first time, or second time. I mean you literally had two chances to get it right. Disappointing.

Jimmy John’s (or Jimmy’s John’s as pronounced by their Tony Bolognavich ad character) is becoming my go to sandwich shop. Food is always great, staff is always friendly. I’m generally greeted when I enter the store and bid a good day when I leave. Stores are clean and they play good music. For a long time I thought they originated in California but actually started in Illinois. The only change I would love to see is that they offer hot sandwiches. Their unwich version of sandwiches is a great way to cut down on carbs (thus calories).

Usually go to the Jimmy Johns on Township Line and have always had great experiences there but decided to stop in to this location as it was closer at that time. Went in and 3 employees were sitting at the booths and didn’t seem to notice (or care) that we had walked in. Tried to get their attention and stood there for a good minute; nothing. Decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. Apparently they didn’t notice when we came in but noticed when we opened the door to leave. I understand you wanna have a seat or take a quick break when it’s not busy, but at least be attentive to the door and to customers when they walk in. Won’t be back to this location again.

I tried the #12 in an “unwich” style no bread. Cause I’m watching my calories and carb intake to drop a few pounds. It’s funny cause the unwich is the same price as the #12 with bread. About $10 after tax it’s just lettuce and it looks like 1/2 of what would go on a regular #12 sandwich. However I liked it and will buy it again.

Good food. I wouldn’t say it was freaky fast because it wasn’t…more like typical slow. The people are nice and they do try to get your order correct. I will say the staff here are a lot nicer than the other Jimmy John’s nearby.

Despite a mediocre review history, we had a great experience at this Jimmy John’s on Sunday, August 21, 2016 at about 4pm. I ordered the Gargantuan and Tracy really took the time to make sure it was made properly. It was awesome, and probably the best tasting Gargantuan I’ve ever had! Then, when we left, we were driving away and my friend realized he forgot his phone and wallet on the table, so we drove around the building to park and go back in…when we turned the corner we saw Tracy running out to the street with his phone and wallet trying to flag us down. How nice was that?! She was great and really went above and beyond…many thanks!
