So the employees here are actually great. But I spent $20 granted on a giant sub, but it was a turkey tom nothing fancy. And it’s PAPER thin. I know inflation is bad but, Mr. James Jonathan is out of his mind if he thinks I can continue to afford $20+ for a loaf of stale bread, I mean a “sandwich.”

Your new order taker needs an additude adjustment. You don’t tell customers “I guess” or “I mean alright” and then just call audibles on order notes that I make 2-3 times a week. Your store knows from repetition what people want and that’s why they order over and over again. He needs to know that. I’m paying you for a service, not your mouth.

Could quite possibly be the worst jimmy johns I have ever visited. I have been to this location 3 separate occasions and there is always a beyond average wait for what seems to be a below average amount of traffic, and have had issues trying to order every single time. This time I was handed the complete wrong order with 1/2 the food I had paid for. I was refunded because I called immediately, which is the only reason they got 2 stars, but having less food is an issue.

I went inside to eat and I was pleasantly surprised at how large the dining area was. It was clean and open which was really nice. The team could have been a little nicer, but it wasn’t too bad. They just acted like they were super busy and didnt have time to hand you a chocolate chip cookie. O well, I was still happy.
