I ordered jj Friday evening and waited over an hour. After calling the Rockville store three times I asked for the manager. I said my coke sure as hell is flat and I wanted the store to make it right. Instead the manager keep saying you are cursing at me. I just got home from having a valve replaced in my heart I was no way cursing only asking that he make my order right, I hung up and wished him a good evening. I spend to much money at jj to be disrespectful and treated this way.

Both sandwiches were completely wrong, one was a turkey sandwich that had no turkey, just cheese, lettuce, and avocado. The receipt was correct but the order was completely wrong. I just don’t understand how you can mess up the simplest order.

Ordered 2 sandwiches. Both were messed up. And forgot our drink on Togo order. So had to go back. Great quality cold cuts with poor execution. That’s the beach club with extra lettuce, extra tomato and extra cucumber.

Yeah don’t bother ordering from here, you will never get your sandwich. I waited an hour, nothing, I called and cancelled. No apologies, no how can we make it right, nothing. This place is a joke. Oh and the last 3 times I ordered from here same thing! Oh and if it does show up it’s wrong. Corporate doesn’t care or they would do something about it!

Normally the service is very good, but today was exceptionally terrible. My coworkers and I ordered a scheduled delivery for later in the day. Since we’ve had problems in the past We than called and confirmed that they got our order and they could bring them all together since we use the app separately so we can get our points. When my coworker called they told us no problem and they would have it and bring it all together. Well the time of the delivery window passed and finally a driver showed up but only with one of our orders. I asked him where the other two were and he said they were super slammed with a big order and the other driver had them right behind him. 20 minutes go by and the other 2 orders still hadn’t showed up. We called the store they said oh the driver just left with it and will be right there. 15 more mins go by and it’s still not here. So we call again and explain the situation and they apologized and finally 10 minutes later our orders finally show up.. this wouldn’t be a problem but we only have a small amount of time for lunch and we have to take it during a certain time hence why we did a scheduled delivery. It was suppose to be there between 11:45-12 and it showed up at 12:40. Our work is 4 minutes from the store..
