I ordered over 45 minutes in advance for my food to be dropped off by 11:30. The delivery driver was over 20 minutes late, even though I ordered in advance. Doesn’t really hold true to the “so fast you’ll freak” slogan. When I called to ask for a refund, since I wasn’t going to be able to eat it anyway, the person they had answering the phone had no idea what to do, and just said “I’ll let my manager know.” Nothing was resolved.

Always takes a long time to deliver, drivers are rude and refuse to follow delivery instructions. Getting delivered to hospital to emergency staff refuse to leave at desk per delivery instructions then repeatedly call and text phone number harassing people and threatening to leave with food.

The last two times I’ve ordered from here it’s taken my one sub two hours to arrive. Jimmy John’s advertises it’s freaky fast. That’s why people order. I understand most places are short in help but please tend to the situation. The app don’t really give you the choice of which one to order from.
