3rd time ordering from this location. Consistently 1 hour plus delivery time. Feel bad for the 1 delivery guy, I feel you on the short staffing. Let your customers know ahead of time about the wait time for delivery. I guarantee you’ll have less angry guests when you’re honest about wait times. Tried to explain this to the MOD but he wasn’t having it. I love your sandwiches, but for a company that’s model is based on freaky fast delivery…. You can do better.

They stole my money. I ordered a sandwich delivery only a mile and half from the store. I waited 25 minutes in the cold for the delivery. I called. They said they were on the way. I waited another 25 minutes, called, and cancelled my order. I could have walked there and back in that amount of time! The store agreed to give me a full refund, but never processed the refund. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. I wasn’t going to rate you guys a one star for not having enough help during a labor shortage, but for crying out loud… You stole $44 from me! I am seriously contemplating contacting Jimmy John’s corporate headquarters over this, my worst Jimmy John’s experience ever.
