Just had an awesome experience..long line when I pulled up to drive thru but the workers were clear, efficient, and crushing it to provide super fast service for all the cars. Line went FAST. My order was perfect! He asked if I had rewards and I actually had a discounted sandwich from points.

I dislike that I’m even giving them this low rating but the sandwich I received earlier is unacceptable. I ordered a regular turkey tom and it totaled over $7. I get home to sprinkle a little Italian seasoning on it because it be lacking a bit of flavor and I see discolored turkey that smells with black and brown spots. That turkey is rotten and expired and I was served this as a paying customer. I wasn’t rude I even had small talk with the employee at the window. I won’t be returning.

I have been coming to this location since the day it opened. The Far Hills store is always clean and quick. My family loves JJ’s and I had my first JJ sandwhich when I turned 8. Today was my daughter’s 8th bday and I’m proud she wanted JJ’s for her party. Thank you ❤

I have long loved Jimmy John’s since my college years. The bread and subs are amazing and this location holds up to their brand. Recently I have made some changes to my diet and gave the lettuce wrapped unwhich a try and admittedly I miss their signature bread, but it was no compromise in quality and was a new way for me to enjoy my favorite subs!
