Ordered a Turkey sub with cheese pickles lettuce & Mayo. Hardly put any Turkey on the sub , only 3 small slices of pickle’s , forgot the cheese , and the bread was flattened . I usually don’t leave reviews but this was the saddest sub I’ve ever seen

Staff were a bit above average, were quite cheerful and clearly enjoyed being around each other and working. Place was clean and music was good. Food was normal for Jimmy John’s, fresh and tasty. Prices are getting pretty ridiculous though, even by today’s standard I would say they are gouging a bit and taking advantage of people and the economy.

I used to love Jimmy John’s. We haven’t been to this location in a year…we stopped going because every time our order was wrong or the quality was bad. We decided to try it again since it had been so long hoping that things had changed. I am sad to say they have not. My order was wrong and the quality is awful. If you like yellow lettuce, missing toppings, not much meat, poorly made subs, and to have your (simple) order be incorrect then this is the place for you! Not very much meat on the subs. Only positive is that it was ready quickly.

Young man taking orders at the cash register couldn’t understand me due to language barrier. I had to repeat my order multiple times. Young man making sandwiches threw my bun from the storage bin across the room to the prep area. The prep area was littered with multiple different food item and juice from tomatoes. Trash cans were over flowing and sandwich maker was still wadding up bread wrappers and shooting baskets across the room with them only to fall on the floor. Not a friendly atmosphere. Disappointing.

The food was fresh and made to order when we walked in the door. The staff was friendly and helpful. Jimmy John’s was very busy on our Saturday lunch visit. The food was filling and the seating area gave us a quite spot to go over our Christmas list.

Worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. I don’t know if they’re losing money, but the last three times we’ve ordered from there they have cut corners (forgetting items in the sandwiches or cutting portions) and dealing with them when bringing it to their attention has been challenging to say it nicely.

Next to the speedway gas station where is good location. Small dining area. Employees didn’t care much. They had turkey lunch meat.

I stood at the register for almost 10 minutes while 3 workers were making subs. Not one of them even acknowledged I was standing there. I walked out and I’ll never step foot in a JJ again.
