So, me ( milo ) and my fiancé ( bear ) always order from this location because we really like the delivery driver : and we know they’re good people who do good work. But today, we were given exceptional service. Not only did we have our questions answered in a timely and kind manner, but everything was delivered promptly ( considering how busy they were. ) My only concern, is them being so understaffed during such a busy time of year. Please, for the sake of these managers, delivery drivers, etc – get some more people on the clock.

This place is a Scam! Just to alert everyone out there who is reading these reviews. Their front desk will call and said they don’t have a driver. They will say they refunded your money. I called the DoorDash support, money wasn’t refunded. DoorDash has to force refund on their end so I could order food from another restaurant. Note to the store owner, If you don’t have a delivery person to do your delivery orders , shouldn’t you idle your DoorDash system on the hours you are incapable of delivering? Or are you just scamming your customers? I think I already know the answer, It seem like this is just one of the many instances. Stop stealing from your consumers!

I’m never the type to ever make a review about a food industry job, due to working in the food industry for several years. But I ordered doordash very late and they were closing, totally understood them calling and saying they were canceling my order. Upon the next morning I gave Jimmy Johns a call regarding my doordash saying it was delivered. When I clicked for help it said to contact Jimmy Johns. I called and they said they could refund or make the order and send it out. I requested for the order to be remade thinking it’d come in an hour or so. After many calls asking and being told on the last call it would be 10 minutes, has now turned into another hour. I understand adding my order in to a day packed of deliveries could be hard but don’t offer to deliver when you know it’s incapable. Thank you.

Such terrible customer service. I ordered a sub with lettuce, cheese, and turkey. I specifically said no mayonnaise. The lady taking my order asked if I wanted tomato and I said no. I received a sub with TOMATO, MAYO, turkey, and lettuce.. no cheese. When I called to politely to ask if we could get it corrected or get a store credit the man very rudely kept saying no and hanging up. What kind of customer service is this?

This place used to be great but it’s been really understaffed recently and it’s massively affecting the delivery times. The last couple times I’ve gone in there’s been only one guy working behind the counter and he looked exhausted. The guy was doing his best and the sandwiches still came out tasting good but until this place gets better staffing I’d recommend getting Dibella’s down the street if you’re in person or preparing for a long wait if you’re getting delivery.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This location is terrible!! Ordered food for delivery, called 75 minutes later and it was still sitting at the store. They said it was leaving for delivery soon. Online status changes to “out for delivery”, (our location is 6 min away), 40 minutes later the online status changes to “eat”, but the food was NEVER delivered. No phone call stating it was at our office. Then the manager does not want to issue a refund!! Terrible service!
