Ordered a “freaky fast” delivery because I was short on time and didn’t want to spend 20 minutes running around buying lunch. After 30 minutes had passed and my order was still “being made”, I realized this was a mistake. Called to see what was going on and was passed off a couple times, no apology, and was told they couldn’t give me an estimated time of arrival. 20 more minutes went by and the delivery was finally made. Of course, when I tried to scarf it down before a meeting (because I only had 5 minutes left to eat), I realized the sandwich was made incorrectly. Over 40 minutes for a dry, incorrect sandwich… no thanks. Won’t be doing this again.

I work in the area and have been stopping by this store for the last couple months. They always greet you as soon as you walk in and are quick to get your order, make your food and get you back on the road. Last week, everyone and their brother must’ve ordered unwiches and they were out. Someone on the line immediately went over and started prepping more, handing over the first one back to the line so they could start making my order. It did take longer than usual but I completely understood the situation and they made it right as quick as they could. I didn’t think twice about it and went on with my day.

I usually don’t have problems at this location but the last two times have taken over an hour for my delivery to get to me. Tonight I called to make a change to my order and the girl who answered didn’t know how to fix it which didn’t bother me but she probably should’ve placed me on hold because I could hear her complain about her coworkers and cuss.. just seemed pretty unprofessional when other locations I’ve been to are very kind and professional towards their customers.
