The employees at the store are beyond ridiculous when it comes to being sanitary and clean. First off chunks of black moldy substance came out of sprite dispenser. Which even after we reported it they never cleaned. Next after they finished making sandwiches all of the employees got on theirs phones sitting their butts on the counter were they make sandwiches. One had had his finger up his nose the other had her hands in her mouth. Then when customers came they jumped down to help them with out washing their hands.

This is the worst Jimmy John’s location in three States (OH, IN, and KY). The majority of the time I don’t get off work until about 8pm. I can’t get to the store to order until about 8:40. I go to walk in and the door is locked !! Even the supposed closing time is 9pm. I would fire the store manager and the entire crew. Temporarily close the store until I could hire ALL new people. This store is pathetic !!

Crazy slow location. I have spoke to the manager after an hour long wait. Tried months later and they decide to call 30 minutes after submitting order and the only solution is for you to pick up your food. I love their sandwiches but plenty of sandwich shacks around that will be quicker then them

Great food no problems there but as far as getting what you ordered delivered and delivered in a freak fast way falls short. And you also don’t receive the things you ordered. Placed an order today waited and hour amd 20 mins for my food and my ranch coated the inside of the bag and didn’t get my chips. Called the store and was told ” we were supposed to call you and let you know your order would be late” didn’t get any call. So to make a long story short I’d say order and pick up would be the way to go
