Out of all of the restaurants/take out I have gone to, this was by far my worst experience ever. I went here today and the one brunette female staff member was off her rocker. She was on the phone and eating chips while customers were trying to order food. On top of that, she was asked by other staff members to get off the phone and help the customers. Instead of complying, she told them “f**k you” in front of customers. All I was trying to do was get my sandwich and bounce. Very uncomfortable and the manager must step in to fire her. Absolutely atrocious and incompetent.

The biggest issue for me is consistency. One day you’ll order ahead or order when you walk in, grab your order and go without issue. Other days you’ll get there ans wait; others will come and go and you’ll still be there waiting until you walk to the counter to ask where it is. Just such a crapshoot.

This is disgustingly disappointing. I went in on my lunch there was no one else there you only had wheat bread slices and that should have told me not to order. I ordered light mayo not the whole jar I said no tomatoes I received 4 I do not eat tomatoes I asked for the Dijon mustard and didn’t receive any I order a Turkey Tom and received little to no turkey. For almost 7 dollars this is what I get!!! As you can see in the pictures this sandwich was horrible. This is the worse location I’ve ever been to and if y’all didn’t close at 3pm i would have returned it instead of throwing away. Will never eat at a jimmy johns again.

Glad I read the reviews before ordering lunch for the office today. Literally just scrolled through at least 30 negative reviews. Sounds like the management or someone needs to step in at this location. How is it even still open with all of these terrible reviews and photos of disgusting looking subs?!? My one experience here on a Saturday afternoon was a good one. Not crowded and friendly staff. Very clean and convenient downtown location for anyone who wants a quick bite to eat. Odd that you have to ask for a bag if you are doing carryout so there goes there goes the 5th star.

Pathetic!!!!! I always have to customize my sub since I’m allergic to some items. Example:Avacado. Only a few times they got it right. Delivery people just leave the order at the lobby pretending access codes won’t work while enjoying the tips given. Never going to again order this is store again

It was my first experience with Jimmy John’s and with online order. I was little bit frustrated because we I arrived my order was not ready 🙁 I don’t know what was the reason, but all employees get together next to cash register to figure it out what happened. It took about 10 for me to get my sandwich. My vegetarian sandwich was good, but first impression about service would stay with me longer.

I’ve ordered delivery from this store specifically twice this week, each time my order was incorrect. The first time it was missing three ingredients on the sandwich, today it was delivered without the two sides of kickin ranch I paid for and it’s never “freak fast” it always takes forever.
