My daughter used to work for our local JJ so we’re very familiar with how these should be made. It was so soggy and gross I couldn’t eat half of it and that’s such a waste of money. Thankful this isn’t the one by us at home.

Freaky fast! I ordered at the drive thru and was out of line within 2-3 minutes total. This was the 3rd location in 1 week in 3 different states for the same Turkey unwich. Food was consistent at each location, as it should be for a franchise.

Showed up 2 mins before they closed. I was welcomed and they took my order and made my daughter and me 2 great sandwiches. No questions asked. Very polite and great customer service! Hard to find these days. Thank you!

I had a pickup order for 7/30/2023 place at 3:03pm. When I arrived at the store there was no orders on the takeout shelf and I was the only customer in the store. After waiting a few minutes, I asked the employee if my food was ready. She stated “oh we have your order ready. We don’t use that takeout shelf.” After returning to my car noticed there were multiple items missing from my order as well as the meat on my sub was barely on the bread. The worst part about my experience was the amount of F bombs used by the 4 employees working as well as the inappropriate sexual sounds used. It was appalling behavior for individuals in a professional atmosphere. This is something that needs to be corrected!

I have to give a star just because. This was my worst experience with fast food, let alone JJ. Sat as the only car in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I asked for no cheese because of a cows milk allergy. I got cheese and A HAIR. Went in to get a new sandwich. Both young men making the sandwiches had no hat or hair net , and their manager stated they were required to wear them. I geld P.I.C card and know food safety and head covering is required.

Gross, rotten pickle! I can’t believe they actually served this to me. And it was cut, so they had to have looked at it before they wrapped it up. Who does that?!?

8.5.22: Today was probably the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I arrived at Jimmy John’s in Kings Mills at 12:32 pm. I wanted to go in to order, but as I got out of my car, 2 employees were taping a sign to the door that said drive-thru only. I got back in my car, and drove around to the drive-thru. There were 4 cars ahead of me. My receipt shows 12:59 as the time stamp. I did have to pull-up to the window to place my order, due to truck noise in the parking lot, and paid right away. Then I sat and waited, and waited and waited. 6 cars behind me got tired of waiting and left. At 1:10 pm, I honked my horn to get someone’s attention. I asked what was going on and where was my order? The guy said the dining room was packed. I mentioned the sign on the door, and he looked confused. A few minutes later, a girl came to the window with my order, it was now 1:15 pm. I told the girl how frustrated I was with the wait. She stated the lobby was packed. Curious, I drive back around the building, parked my car and opened the door to see 4 employees standing behind the counter, 1 person eating in the restaurant, and the rest of the restaurant empty. When I got back to work and opened my sandwich…it wasn’t what I ordered! I called the restaurant and Mike the manager was horribly rude when I asked for a refund. He had a ton of excuses that contradicted each other. When I demanded a refund, he told me I was the reason people didn’t want to work in a restaurant and hung up. I tried to call back, but they didn’t answer the phone. I tried to call the corporate customer service number, but had to leave a message. 43 minutes for a turkey sandwich at Jimmy Johns is not freaky fast, it is freakin ridiculous!!!

Ordered online. Lobby is closed. It’s been 40 min since we ordered and we’re still waiting. Not sure how much longer it will take. We even went through the drive through and talked to them. They said they were making it right then. They had us pull around. Still waiting. Update:We waited just shy of 50 min. I knocked on the door. One guy was moping. Two were sitting at a table on their cell phones, one had headphones on. One was in the bathroom and they were trying to talk to him through the door for some reason. No one was making sandwiches and they had a long line in the drive through. I asked for my sandwich or the refund. I was polite. They said they couldn’t do either. They were being dishonest when they said they were making it earlier when we talked to them in the drive through. They said to call Monday and talk to the GM. Guess I’ll do that. Odd experience. I felt bad for everyone in line. I would have warned them but my wife was so mad that she just wanted to go home. I feel bad for whoever owns/runs this place. Big blind spot. This was Sunday night around 8:40pm.

Alright, I’ll bite. Avoid this Jimmy John’s. Twice they put mayo on a sandwich that doesn’t come with mayo. Next time I specified no mayo and the person acted bewildered because the sandwich is not supposed to have mayo. Believe me, I know that. When I said no cheese though, they also acted bewildered stating it doesn’t come with cheese. But it does. I have never done this before, but I left because I felt I had no assurance the sandwich would be correct. Also, last night my lady ordered from there and got mildly sick. With the extraordinary apathy at this location, we would be surprised if they actually date their products. Pay your employees living wages!

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Ordered my order 5 times and they couldn’t get it right and when I brought up that it wasn’t right I got cussed at by the employee. The manager is just as worthless as the employees and this is coming from an ex jimmy johns manager. Love jimmy johns but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and I highly recommend you do the same
