This location is consistently short-staffed and often does not have delivery drivers available, and the lobby has been closed for dining for months. The food is usually good and the folks who do show up are usually courteous, but I can’t give full marks when they advertise services they can’t provide consistently. Owner needs to figure out their issue keeping staff. Also the parking lot (which I understand is the building owners issue) is terribly maintained and has potholes that could fit a toddler in them.

Delicious quality sandwiches made to order and served very quickly. I do wish their delivery area was 5 miles. I would eat their food more often. We are, alas, 2.1 miles away …so 1 minute past their zone. Its a good simple meal when we are out and about. The Jimmy chips and pickles are really good!

Went through the drive thru today. Ordered 4 sub meals and was told to pull to the side as it would take about 10 min. So I pulled to the side and started my wait. After 15+ minutes of waiting and watching several cars go through the drive through I tried calling the stores phone number 3 times to which it never connected. Could not go in as the dining room has still not opened up since Covid. So I waited for an opportunity to drive my vehicle back into the drive thru line and waited another 5 min. As I pulled up to the window the JJ employee is handing out my order. I asked what happened and the employee said he was trying to flag me down through the drive thru window. I asked, so you don’t bring the order out to the vehicle. The employee responded no because the lobby is closed. If this would have been explained to me from the beginning I would have known how to play this out. However, I don’t see why they couldn’t bring the order out to me like other drive thru restaurants do. There were no apologies just an attitude of this is how it is done. Once the food arrived home and was inspected the sub buns were very hard, tomatoes were frozen, and lettuce was soggy. This is not the first time this location has provided what I consider subpar product and service. I have traveled and stopped at other JJ locations in this surrounding area and other states and have not had these issues (and dining rooms are open) I will never patron this particular location again. If you enjoy subpar product and service at a premium fast food price, then this is your place.

I attended a training at a location that shares the same parking lot as this Jimmy John’s. Not being familiar with the area, I didn’t realize at the time, the building I was in was just across the parking lot. I am a loyal customer to Jimmy John’s for what is usually Freaky Fast delivery and good fresh food choices. This location must have missed the corporate training on branding and that Freaky Fast is a major part of their brand. I ordered my meal and a sandwich for one of the presenters at 11:50. THREE phone calls later my delivery DRIVER (from across the parking lot) arrives with my food at 12:30! 40 minutes to deliver JJ across a parking lot?! And no apology for taking so long. The poor presenter had to gulp down her food before the training started again. While there was an offer of “some type of compensation”( this was never clarified) for that store, it wouldn’t do me any good since I’m not from the area nor was the presenter. The person with whom I spoke put me on hold twice to see if corporate regional manager would approve some type of credit that would be good at my local JJ, but it was not approved. I even requested that they remake my order (during the second call) so I could walk over and pick it up but that was refused as an option. Take your business elsewhere if you need fast delivery. This JJ is definitely NOT Freaky Fast.

First time i have never had jimmy johns. Its a rip off. I could of done better making this at home. This is just lunch meat sandwich. The sandwich barely had any lettuce or tomato and was falling apart. To much oil was on it.Just plain laziness in making it. The bread was so hard felt like the left it out for awhile.I also got the pesto pasta. Less is more. Please learn how to make this properly. To much pesto and sun dried tomato’s. You need to learn that this needs less oil and sun dried tomato’s and a better pine nut to make the pesto. Tasted like oregano.

This place is trash I have given multiple chances. It’s close to my home and hospital were my wife was staying . Order a number 13 add lettuce and onion both times and never received it . Not that hard to add menu items you have. I never wish anyone bad business but you deserve it control your franchise and give it respect this is not an a adult paycheck you can just collect the royalties off of and not care about the product and service you at the core of this earth , society , and future of children that work for you are the problem. Teach and learn to take pride in your work to make the world better not to just make a dollar.
