I had lunch with a good friend! We met at Jimmy John’s in Parmatown Plaza! The best part was, I had been trying to find a Jimmy John’s to try out their Subs and I wasn’t disappointed! I’d already had a late Breakfast so I only ate a few bites then wrapped it up for later! With a side of Mustard Potato Salad and that made it even more delicious! So I went back to Jimmy John’s for another now I intend to go back for another tomorrow! For their Large Sub plus another couple of the 1/2 Subs that I want to try as well! I also did call my friend to thank him for his most excellent choice! Stay tuned, as I do lot of stops at various restaurants! I also check more worthwhile places for Auto Repairs, Clothing venues and I stick to the Solid Facts on Value for the money, Personnels efficiency even under fast paced activity! I’ll keep my eye open for more sites of the Jimmy John’s Brand! Open n Friendly, oh they do take Call in Orders as well! Bye for Now!

It was my first time trying jimmy johns. The people were very nice and explained how it worked. I was used to building the sandwich as i moved down the counter. Here you tell them everything you want all at once. Sandwich came out ok. Personally i prefer a different kind of bread. It was quiet and i was the only one there so it was really chill. Id go again if it was the only sandwich place around

Absolutely the best Jimmy John’s in town! Great customer service and such a nice environment, I highly recommend! I had got the BLT, but I have had many others as well (all have been good so far!). Good dine in and good take out spot!

I ordered a sub and asked for extra oil and vinegar. I got a sub that was slathered with mayonnaise instead. I don’t have a problem with mayonnaise, in fact I like mayonnaise but the top and bottom bun had a super thick layer. Very disappointing. They were polite, quick and the store was extremely clean. It was probably just a one-off situation, maybe even a miscommunication, but the amount of mayonnaise made my lunch unedible and was essentially a waste of money

Just left there. Chose curbside and gave a nice tip. I was parked right next to the Jimmy John’s car. However, the guy called me and said he didn’t see my car and asked me to pull up to the door. There were no other cars parked in the front of the store. I was better off going inside and keeping my tip. I spent close to $100 with this business, they could have at least attempted to bring the food to my car before claiming to not see me and need me to drive up to the door. Bad service and now I know better. Hopefully the employees at Jersey Mike’s will appreciate my business more than these. Maybe I will try again in a few months

They claim they are fast… I’ve been waiting on my sandwich delivery for over an hour and still haven’t got it! I called the store and they claim they are “busier” than usual with deliveries… Bullcrap. That’s your job! Let’s see if I ever get my sandwich….

I have had food from multiple locations and each time I have not been completely satisfied. Today the meat was dark and I could tell it was old. Turkey should not be dark brown. I think this was it for me. Rarely and I do mean rarely have I gotten a decent sandwich for JJ. I already am not the biggest fan of cold subs and this time was truly unacceptable.
