If I could give 0 stars I would. Walked in and everyone looked at me (including manager) and did not speak. There was about 3 people in there and they were rushing like there was about 15 people. My sandwich was thrown together. LITERALLY. Had to pick everything off and put it back as best as I could. Expressed to manager how upset I was about the service and my sandwich, he did not accommodate me in any way. Management is POOR. Jimmy John’s please do better.

These guys do not have yellow peppers, mustard, and they do not warm up any subs. They also have the meat and cheese measured out already just like Subway does.. It was my 1st time going there and the young girl Working there makes you feel dumb just by making you repeat everything you just told her. You can tell she does not like questions being asked. That’s my 1st and last time going to this place. I paid over $30 for just 2 people.. And I had no drinks.

Have eaten here twice and got sick both times. Myself and my daughter have both experienced this on different occasions. Love Jimmy John’s subs but this location is terrible. Avoid it.

I would give the place 5 stars because they do make a decent sub, but the main issue is that before I go I have to always bring my own sliced cheese from the grocery store because they nonsensically charge $1 for it as an added addition at this location. Nothing justifies charging over an extra 10% on a sub for 4-5 THINLY sliced pieces of cheese. Not the biggest deal breaker because the deli at the store has better quality cheese for 1/10th the price and sliced to preference. every other sub maker in the general area NEVER tries to skim a few extra bucks off the top, at least not on a common addition that is pretty standard all across america’s sub and sandwich shops. In fact, I believe every other shop in the area only charges extra if you want more added. It may just be this one shop and not the entire Jimmy Johns chain. But because of this issue alone, if I don’t plan to eat there, I won’t ever stop by just to grab a bite on random like at other quick service restaurants.
