I love Jimmy Johns but on April 28th I placed a delivery order while I was at work around 2-3pm. They didn’t have a delivery driver until 5PM, I was unaware of this & my order was canceled. I had called back in & asked for proof of my voided order & was told I could not receive that & my refund would arrive 24 hours later. It’s been about 10 days & I called in & spoke to the manager Jamie who was able to send me a copy of my order. The rest of the staff seemed clueless & was no help. I got a copy of the voided order but never was given a refund. I really enjoy Jimmy Johns but find this to be super annoying. I like the lettuce wraps. I would recommend pick up or dine in only since the staff seems untrained in these situations & don’t provide refunds.

Food is always consistently good! Staff is always friendly and welcoming and even go the extra mile to remember regulars and their orders! Michael took care of me last time I went and he was super nice and went the extra mile to make sure my sub got to me “freaky fast.” 🙂

Two very rude employees ignoring people. Stood in line for 10 minutes staring at the guy making sandwiches before he would even acknowledge me. All that only to find out my sandwiches have been ready for 10 minutes and just sitting on the other side. When I mentioned that no one had greeted me or would even talk to me, the associate just stared at me blankly and said nothing. Unbelievably rude.

Waited as the first person in line for about 10 minutes as the employees all stared at me and acted like I wasn’t even there. Lady behind me left and I was about to as well. Sub was good but not sure what happened to the customer service here

While they are freaky fast, I find the overall quality to reflect that speed. The sandwiches taste a bit soulless to me. If I need something quick to tide me over, it’s great. If I want something satisfying I usually look elsewhere.

I think this place is really starting to miss the mark. Ordered delivery Sunday evening. I get a call 10 minutes later saying they have no delivery drivers. That’s totally fine because I understand staffing is tough right now, but then why not prevent customers from ordering delivery online?! Then, I went inside at lunchtime today to order my usual turkey tom, and they have no turkey! Something’s amiss at this location…

Was waiting for food for over an hour so decided to call… man answers saying “oh yeah I think I saw your ticket but we got pretty busy and we don’t have a delivery driver actually so I think we just forgot to call you…” then proceeds to awkwardly and insincerely say “sorry?”okay sir figure out your own job. Thank you, after just working a full day (and waiting an hour for the food to never come) it is now too late to get anything.

Not really sure what’s going on, but this location has had a lot of trouble accommodating both in-person and mobile orders lately. I’ve experienced many delays over the past 4-6 months, and today the door was locked and the lights were off when I showed up. An employee let me in to wait for my mobile order, which still wasn’t ready, but it appears they were making every effort to discourage in-person orders. Staff was friendly, I assume there just aren’t enough of them, so hopefully the owner will take notice at some point?
