Hard to believe you guys stay in business. I think your sandwiches are terrible. Just a lot of hard, think bread and VERY little filling. I never order, but my church does for our quarterly members meetings. It’s always a disappointment and I won’t even eat your subs anymore.

This specific store was a great experiance. We came in on a whim to get lunch and found one singular employee in the entire store. It just so happened that he was the store manager and everyone else seemed to have bailed on him. Yet there he was making sandwiches doing his best to give every guest a smiling face and great experiance at his store. As someone who is a leader in the food service industry, seeing that was amazing. So many people these days are so quick to say I quit. The kind of work ethic he displayed today isn’t seen very often anymore. If the owner of this store sees this PROMOTE THAT MAN!!!

I ordered a plain slim 4- which is a slim sandwich with turkey and I added provolone cheese. I’d say that’s a very simple sandwich. I didn’t check my order before I left since it is so simple and hard to screw up. I eventually opened it and found turkey, cheese, mayo, lettuce, and tomato. This may not seem like a big deal to some but this sandwich is for a very picky eater who will now not be eating until we find another place to get food on our road trip. Very dissatisfied with my experience.

I am a type 2 diabetic and I entered your store to get food. I Had not ate anything all day and I knee my sugar was getting low. As I was ordering I felt dizzy and was going to pass out. The staff there responded quickly and offered me assistance. They got me seated and offered me water and a cookie to help improve my sugar. The young men and women working that evening deserved to be rewarded for their quick responce and their outstanding customer service in my time of need.

Order a sub at 12:57 order was received at 1:00 food wasn’t delivered till 2:23 location is 10mins from my door. Called and talked to employee said “we are sorry who ever closed last night messed up the bread for the day”. I’m sorry that is not my problem, an hour and a half to deliver a cold cut sub is ridiculous. If you can’t run a business with efficiency then you should have never opened your doors. This location is never busy in my experiences with this location. Furthermore after opening my order the bread is severely over cooked.
